After calling several glass companies inquiring about windshield replacement, I called this company . My particular windshield (2013 Jeep Wrangler) was on backorder. Waited around 10 days for windshield to come in. They called when they received it, and scheduled a date and time. They did not procrastinate. Price quoted was the best in the area. Asked for and received a small senior citizen discount as every dollar counts (I'm retired). Thank you Henry. The installer (Mike) was on time and was nice and professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I need another windshield, and I would definitely recommend this company and this installer to anyone needing a new windshield or windshield repair. I got their at 10am and it's a first come first serve. Place looked packed with people and cars, when I got to the waiting room I thought ITS GOING TO BE AWHILE......If I waited over an hour, then it wasn't much . It didn't take as long as I suspected. It was just an hour or so. Great service!! Thank you affiliated auto!!!

I called them and had an appointment within two days. It was drizzling out but they got it done. Only thing I thought was off, was the install guy left some black glue on one side of the windshield and it wasn't a clean fix just on that one side. But it's not hurting anything. Just looks a little tacky if you find it. Was $220 for a new windshield for a 2012 Hyundai elantra. And I live in mexia and they had an office in the area. Good communication. Paid after services were finished. Took my card over the install guys phone after he finished. Thank you very much. I appreciate y'all's time and quickness.

Ok. I had to update my review. They showed and were nice.

Broke the plastic molding in the sides of my windshield and installed a broken piece of glass.

Called earlier this week and made an appointment. Told them I lived in buffalo they said they could come to me and my appointment was for today Friday between 1-4 called them back today around 3:30 to double check they were still coming they said we have 3 jobs in buffalo today and ur not one of them said they'd call me back after they looked more into it. Called me back said they found me would be between 2-5. Called them back at 5:15 said the guy was in route. It's now 7:08 their office is closed and I never got a single call back or anything. So thanks for wasting an entire day for me and never showing up!!!

Had them come put my window in and instead riveting the window like they were supposed to ol dude put in plastic push pins .
