Used to be good service. It just keeps getting worse and worse. Used to
Offer same day service. Now you are good to get clothes in 3 days. They tell you clothes will be ready and then you arrive and they aren’t. Nobody cares. Nobody does anything for the inconvenience. I asked for the owners number and was told she doesn’t want it given out. If the owner doesn’t care then why should the employees? It’s the only game in town so what do you do?

Terrible. If you want your clothes to go missing leave it here to be washed. I left mine and my wife's clothes and we've been calling about our clothes missing and no answer. Would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for years and today was the last day I will be back! The girl that works on evenings is rude and disrespectful! She would not come get my money or bring my clothes out. I asked her if she was tired and she laughed and smirked i will take my business elsewhere especially recovering from a knee injury. This is no way to treat a solider who fight to protect this country.
