1800 Park Restaurant

I haven’t eaten lunch or dinner here but I’ve had breakfast. You can order off of their menu or they also do a breakfast buffet. I’ve done the buffet and I’ve also ordered off of the menu. The bananas foster French toast is really good.

You should stop by here for dinner even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Food is fantastic! Not resort food, definitely not hotel restaurant food. It’s food prepared by someone who genuinely cares about her craft. Chef Kailey and her staff really go above and beyond to make the dining experience great. Ask for chef Kailey when you stop in for dinner!

Stayed at this hotel attached to the restaurant and ate here several times. Had the onion soup, BBQ wings, buffalo chicken sandwich, brownie sundae, and cheesecake. All was excellent and I would eat here even if weren't at the hotel.

Food had great flavor. Awesome option whether you are staying at the Hilton or not.

This is one of Park City’s best kept secret! We had the fish and chips, which were the best ever!!! The French fries were perfect and so delicious! I had the triple wild game burger with caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms cooked medium!!! It was the best burger I have ever had!!! Even better was the service by our waiter Tomas!! He was very informative and such a nice guy!! And the prices were very reasonable!!! So next time you are looking for a fabulous meal go here and ask for Tomas!

Phenomenal breakfast. A must especially if you’re Hilton Gold or above.

Excellent breakfast buffet, and the best salmon and salad we've ever had! Kaylee is a remarkably good chef and adds love and passion to every dish!

We had amazing service and food here! The hot chocolate was exquisite and the pancakes and eggs benedict were fluffy and delicious.

We had an excellent experience. Definitely recommend soups.

Our dinner was excellent. I had the salmon and my wife had the flatbread (pizza). Portions were good size and quality was excellent.

Breakfest is the best. We weren't guest at the double tree but we went in and ate. So they will let anyone not just double tree guest. Which was nice cause one of the local places was really rude to us so we left and ended up here. We were happy we did
