United Community

I worked at this branch for 7+ years. I just heard it’s being closed. Our little town is compiled of many types of people, a lot of whom chose the area because of its serenity and convenience. Closing this branch will absolutely devastate our older people and our deaf people. On the brighter side my banking experience was great as always.

The level of care and attention given to me was above and beyond. It might seem like a simple thing but when the person on the other side of the counter knows your name and how to best serve you makes the experience easy and enjoyable. Then there is the opportunity to catch up on how the family is doing and know they really know you and yours.

Great place to bank. I have been banking with United Community for 28 years!

I love all of the ladies at this branch. As corny as it sounds, they treat you like family. Never once left there without a smile. If not a chuckle.

Wonderful experience everytime

Received half a $20 bill from THEIR ATM, they had me stand outside for 20 minutes as they serviced everyone around me. They told me they couldn’t replace it and I’d have to have my bank replace it. I told them I wanted it in writing because nobody would ever believe that on a bill with half a serial number. The lady smiled as if she enjoyed that I was upset, I said thank you rather sarcastically because they were rude the entire time, as I’m still trying to open the container she says “take OUR $20 lady and have a great day” as if insinuating that I had gotten money I wasn’t entitled to. How hard is it to check cameras before suggesting I was just trying to get money off of them? I recorded this whole interaction and I’ll be contacting corporate with the video.

I would suggest getting a bank from somewhere else...thus particular bank is a joke..
