Southern flavor

The food was hot, served quickly, and was great. The catfish had great flavor and cooked perfectly. The fried okra was perfect. I could have eaten that as my meal. The corn dog was ok. The batter had good flavor, but the hotdog was small and probably a cheap brand.

This restaurant had everything good food, hometown, very friendly atmosphere, and service was great. We fell in love with the town and the restaurant!

Nice little restaurant! I am looking forward to going back and trying some more food! The service was great and everyone was kind. We ordered some burgers and fries and it was good! It wasn’t the best I have ever had but I really enjoyed my meal! Other stuff that was coming out to other tables looked really good so I have some good ideas on what to order. Will be back for sure!

I went in thinking it was a bbq joint...had a hankerin for ribs..the waitress said sorry we don't have ribs, and politely told me where to get them...weeeell l do have a taste for home cooking, and l guess this will do, l ask a few questions on the food, and my appetite changed quickly, l looove good fried chicken, and livers as well..both were there for the picking, lol...So...l ordered them both, with a tea and and 2 vegetables, oh boy ,..the chicken livers were tender as they should be..kudos to to cook, the chicken was out of a story book, tender juicy very flavorful, outstanding..the coleslaw was delicious, not watery just right, the mashed potatoes were whipped to perfection, and at the near end , the waitress ask if l wanted some chocolate pudding, she says..with her head in gesture "Its goood" l said sure she brought everyone there a bowl..NO CHARGE! HOW GREAT IS THAT?, It was also lite n fluffy as a great pudding should be. l gave this small town delicacy a 5 star review all across the board, not just for the food.. but when you're there.. you're not just a customer. You're family , l highly recommend it...l will definitely go back my next trip thru, Not for bbq but for what this place has to offer, great service at a most reasonable price and the food brings me back to my childhood at grandma's, eat up,..you won't be disappointed

I love the all you can eat catfish! It's a great price for how large the filet's are and it comes with two sides. There's so much food on the first plate that it's nearly impossible to have them bring out any more catfish! So worth having! I should've gotten a pic of my plate. The okra was cooked to perfection too! The sweet tea is very sweet, just the way I love it!

Great food, great people, wonderful down to earth country atmosphere. Pull up a chair and have supper with a stranger and before you leave yall will be friends!

I miss the Cedartown location so much. Have always loved their food. And the service is exceptional.

We took the boys to Southern Flavor in Cave Spring, GA in June. It had been 7 years since we last went there to eat. The staff was super friendly and served us quickly. The food was even more scrumptious than we remembered it. The atmosphere and decor was so welcoming that it felt like coming home. We give it two thumbs up and will definitely be going back again.

First of all I love fish. This is some of the best fish I have ever had. Great breading, that Is 1/2 what makes good catfish. I wish they had fiddlers, but I only saw fillets on menu. This is not that tasteless Asian cheap substitute Swai people sell as catfish. This has to be good ole pond raise grain feed fish! Excellent!!! Great breading, flakey, cooked to perfection! Fries could had been better but not horrible.

By far the best dinner I have ever ate at. Great service, great food, and the price can't be beat. Me a my husband eat there every chance we get. We have never had our order incorrect and have always been fully satisfied with our meal. I highly recommend to anyone who is passing through cavespring. It's so good that just typing this review has made me hungry. Thank you southern flavor for always going above and beyond!

Ate there today and enjoyed my meal very much. As good as home cooked and I didn't have to wash dishes. The staff were courteous and friendly.

This is an old fashioned southern restaurant, we loved the atmosphere. Don't go here expecting a fancy place, it's country all the way.

Loved this place! The food was outstanding, the staff is extremely friendly, and the service was good. The chicken strips were some of the best I've ever tasted too!

Nice little hometown place. Great all you can eat catfish. It was our first time trying the place but we definitely enjoyed it and will be back.
