Went here thinking my altenator was bad, but it was tested and the battery needed replaced. They could have upsold me but didnt. Even on the battery there was no pressure to purchase the more expensive one. The worker was great and switched it out for me, and I was in and out in no time. Probablly the best experience Ive had at a parts house. Thanks!

After spending time searching online for battery to fit my vehicle I went the store to pick up my new battery only to discover it was not in stock. Was referred to O'Reilly. Samuel at O'Reilly 's was very helpful and professional. He found and installed battery in no time. Highly recommend!

Really good service. I needed a Serpentine Belt for my Vehicle & it gave 2 different belt sizes because it has to do with your Alternator 130 amp & a 105 amp, I had No idea which one so they looked under my hood of my vehicle & then asked me if I had electric seats, windows, cruise control, ect... i needed the 130 amp, wow, it was the right one when I got home & my Son put it on. Thank you.

Took care of me. Having problems w/ my vehicle missing as going down the road. They put the meter on it which gives codes that tell what the problem could be with your engine. Gentleman went above and beyond to make sure the best he could, to help me obtain all the materials I needed for repairs. Only spent $50.00 dollars, which I thought was great! They treat you with respect!

Just needed a couple of small parts for my pickup truck yesterday. Dylan not only helped me find the right parts, he then attached them for me. Now THAT's customer service, especially when I spent less than $5! Thank you, Dylan!!!

They offer free system and electrical checks if you ask. That is important when you're worried about your vehicle I need an answer quickly when your check engine light comes on.

Every visit here has been a pleasure. Staff is friendly and willing to help and answer questions. Can be a bet busy at times so there can be a wait depending on time of day.
