That Triston up in there really helped me out. He was everything I ever needed. I was upset because of how quick he got me taken care of because I wanted more time spent with him. Really great guy. Really great associate. Even better service.

The two people at US Cellular helped me more than I think anyone has ever helped me anywhere I've went they were amazing Bobbi was very attentive and very helpful and Les jumped in to help save me money and who doesn't want to save money right? I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes and I was much better off than when I walked in. Extremely helpful and very courteous I give them a huge thumbs up. Thank you Les and Bobbi and thank you US Cellular for hiring such great people. Definitely sticking with you. Thanks again

McKayla was super helpful and knowledgeable about the phones and service products and what I was needing to do with my account. And Les was very helpful with explaining the in home internet router.

I just want everyone to know judy how lucky Grsfton is to have the wonderful people that work in this office. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. I worked with everyone in the office including the manager at one time or another over the pass month. I needed a new phone got the wrong one now I have what I need and I'm happy. Thank you everyone at Grafton US Cellar upu are number one in my book.

Eric did an awesome job setting up my new phone and making sure every bit of information was transferred and set up for me before I left so I didnt have to do anything when i got home. He got me an awesome price and made me comfortable. I definitely will be back and would recommend for everyone

I can’t say enough about this store and the two gems that helped me transfer 4 phones from Sprint. Alexa and Kelon were fantastic. I walked in just to check prices and walked out with 4 iPhones 11’s at a cheaper monthly rate. Alexa made it so easy! She went above and beyond and did it with a smile. Kelon was there assisting when needed. Both are just so helpful and friendly. US Cellular hit the jackpot with these two hires. Alexa is a natural at sales. I wasn’t planning to switch that night but she made me feel it was the only thing that made sense. Hands down the best cell experience I’ve had in 20 years. I won’t hesitate to go in with any of my questions or concerns. It’s the friendly service you hope to find in a small town. Even if this location is out of the way for you....you won’t regret it.

US CELLULAR is the best. Fixed my phone in no time flat. Helped me out with apps I didn't use. Very grateful.

Only because I had to leave at least one...a total of non multitasking group of kids I have ever came across!!! 20 min to pay a bill really?????

The last update has disabled my phone. I still owe on 2 of my 4 phones which makes it hard to just walk away.
But that's exactly what I plan on doing. Uscellar is no help. They know the update has effected my phones calling and wifi and they refuse to fix it.
