I have had very few claims over my 34 year relationship with American Family Insurance, and nothing as catastrophic as the commercial water damage/flood we experienced this winter. It started 2 years ago, Michelle just started and offered to quote my insurance! That's when I realized my previous company ( liberty and progressive) royally screwed me on my coverage, premium and overall service! I had nothing, and they didn't seem to care! So happy with this agent! I've had coverage with American Family for years. Jonnee went over my policies; she helped me understand various options I could add to my homeowner's policy. We also discussed keeping my umbrella coverage, and she went over additional questions I had on my auto insurance. She was in no hurry, very nice, helpful, and an easy person to work with. We are more than satisfied with our experience with the Jonnee Bauer Agency. They were very responsive when it came to initiating our claim. I just wanted to post some thing about having the KNOW YOUR DRIVE option with American family insurance. Two years ago when I first got the KnowYourDrive, I was driving good enough to get a 5% discount on my insurance premium. I drove semi for 15 years for a total of 2,200,000 miles accident free in my past. So obviously I consider myself to be a better than average driver, and especially for sure a better defensive driver. After using the KnowYourDrive for a while I noticed that I had a few bad habits that I could improve on, even being the great driver that I am. Two of those that was keeping me at only a 5% discount was that once in a while I would accelerate too fast, or I would have hard braking where I was hitting my brakes when I stopped more aggressively than I should have been. Over the last two years using the KnowYourDrive, I have fine-tune my driving skills to be even a better driver and a safer driver. I am now getting a 15% discount on my premium because I continue to use the KnowYourDrive option with American family insurance. I personally highly recommend that anyone that is already with American family and doesn’t use the KnowYourDrive option that you get on board with it. Like I said, it not only gives you a lower premium rate on your insurance, But it also helps to make you a better and safer driver. And obviously no matter how good of a driver you think you might be, it never hurts to become even a better driver than you already are. I also Would like to say that Jonnee Bouer and Michelle have both been awesome people to work with when it comes to my insurance issues. They are always very friendly, professional, informative, and helpful from day one since I became a client with her agency. Thank you👍

The adjuster was very professional – took the time to explain everything to both my wife and me. He also reviewed the entire roof and detached garage with extreme detail. Once he was done, he explained the process and that an AMFAM representative will give us a call within 3-5 days (that rep called within 2 days).

All around, a great experience that matches everything about my agent – Jonnee Bauer. My wife and I have been with Jonnee for a very long time, and she is GREAT. I would highly recommend Jonnee to anyone..

We switched to Jonee Bauer’s Agency over a year ago due to great rates for home and auto policies. Michelle and staff are not only prompt, but truly care about the families they serve. This year, our premium for home insurance went up quite a bit so we did some looking to see if there were any lower rates. Allstate came back with lower rates, so we decided to go that route as we have a large family with one income. Our experience with Allstate was awful. We were bounced around to different agents, many mistakes were made all on their part. We ended up not having coverage on our vehicles and had no idea because we received ID cards in the mail and had the money taken out of our account. I contacted Michelle after business hours and she completely took care of us. Switching our home and auto policies back to American Family and everything was active the next day. Sometimes saving a couple hundred dollars is not worth the stress, time and hassle. This business truly cares for our community and families. We will not go anywhere else!
