Super convenient and great to shop here. Yeah the online prices are cheaper, but just ask them to price match to their online store, they will do it. Also, that's because its a brick and mortar store, you pay for immediacy and human interaction. Also Alex is super friendly and kind, is great especially with the elderly

Customer service is great, they greet, and help you, save you time finding what you need, very courteous and professional.

I needed 8 spiral books printed for a Bible class, and they made them on the spot while I waited! There were several other customers being served quickly too. The books look great. Happy with fantastic and fast service!

Office Depot employees are always very helpful. Their copy/print center does an excellent job with any project I've had done and other employees at the Steubenville location have been very helpful as well.

I visited this Office Depot/Max location today and was immediately greeted by Kayla. She smiled, made eye contact, and offered assistance. After telling her that I needed a diploma printed, Kayla escorted me to the copy and print area where she printed me two beautiful diplomas. I appreciate Kayla's attentiveness and kindness today. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

I come here for all of my printing needs for my business. Even if there is an error the print shop employees ALWAYS make it right. They are very fast too, even if you haven’t been notified yet that your order is done, it’s worth a call they may be able to hurry the order if they aren’t busy

I am extremely computer illiterate and most things tech intimidate me. My laptop was not working and the tech assistant Cole promptly took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. I decided to purchase a new laptop and he helped pick one that met my budget and one that supported the applications that I would be using it for. The staff and assistants are fantastic at this store ! Don’t miss the chance to check them out for yourself !
