I brought my car in for a simple oil change. They tested my battery, measured my fluids and recommended things that the manufacturer suggests at certain milage intervals although I could not do all at that time it lets me know what to schedule for my next visit. It's great to know what needs to be done before there's a problem and allows me too budget for up coming expenses. A++ for service and timing.

Jonah was very helpful in getting the tires needed for my vehicle and put them on in no time! Thank you for all your help I will be bringing all of my vehicles here for tires!

my total apologies this business had nothing to do with my service. i sent the complaint TO THE WRONG FIRESTONE which should have been robinson town center pittsburgh.. I personally know one mechanic who worked at robinson and is superb, knowledgeable and reliable, was my service mechanic for years, sorry i lost him ,they deserve his best expertise. Peter

These guys have always been fair with prices, get the work done in a reasonable amount of time and, unlike many mechanic shops, actually answer the phone when you call. Would recommend!

Taken truck in for allinement and they let me know that one tie rod was worn out. They also ley me know they would be able to replace and the cost. It is good for some places that still care and are willing to help if unable to do yourself. Thank you.
