I am happy with the Steubenville pharmacy. I have always received good service there. I like their auto refills and getting a text message when my prescription is ready.

I visited the Steubenville CVS this evening, and Monica assisted me. She had a bubbly personality with a smile and great eye contact. I asked where I could find Voltaren, and she directed me to Aisle 11, where I easily found the product. While there, I noticed they had over-the-counter Diclofenac, which was the generic for Voltaren for over three dollars less. Upon searching my coupons, I had a 40% off coupon for one item. As I checked out with Monica, she noticed that I had multiple discounts available on my CVS Card and said she would try them all if it were okay with me. I said sure, anything to save money. This wonderful employee saved me $11.16 off of a $16 item. Talk about super customer service!!! WOW!!! Monica, you are awesome. I love this store <3
12-14-2022. Robert did a fantastic job of providing wonderful customer service today. I had one person in front of me but the wait was minimal. Robert interacts with each customer as professionally and efficiently. He smiles, makes eye contact, and is pleasant during the interaction. Robert makes sure my Extra Care coupons are working and I get the maximum benefit from my visit. He always makes me feel like family.
1-18 & 21-2023. This afternoon, I was at another store close to CVS and had a 40% off one item coupon. I stopped by, and Monica excitedly greeted me with a smile and eye contact. It had been a couple of months since I had seen her. I told her I had a coupon near expiration and needed to use it. I found my favorite dark chocolate-coated cashews in stock. Monica did her magic and saved me 43% during my visit today. On the 21st, I visited the same two stores, CVS being one of them, and I was blessed to have Monica working again. She took excellent care of me, as always. I truly appreciate dedicated, professional employees like Monica, who cares about her customers and treats them like family.
3-20-2023. Samantha and Robert did a great job of taking care of me today. I purchased the incorrect type of Acetaminophen and had to return it. In doing so, I used several coupons. I received a good discount with Samantha and Robert's assistance and left a happy customer.
Robert is an excellent example of management. He always provides superb customer service and ensures his customer's satisfaction. He treats me like family, which I truly appreciate.
8-9-2023. I picked up an online order today, and Samantha greeted me with a smile and wonderful eye contact when I entered the store. She offered assistance. I told her I had a pickup order, and she quickly took care of me. After retrieving my order, Samantha asked if she could help me with anything else, and I was on my way. She was awesome. I would recommend this CVS location and Samantha to family and friends :)
9-11-2023. Samantha checked me out today. She was friendly, pleasant, and professional. Samantha quickly and efficiently conducted the transaction. She smiled, made excellent eye contact, and ensured I received my ten-dollar Carepass discount, my $3 Birthday discount, and extra care bucks.
Samantha issued my receipt and wished me a great day. I recommend this CVS location and Samantha to family and friends.
10-3-2023. Kristy did a wonderful job of providing excellent customer service today. I needed something to help my wife through some pain and to help her sleep. I had a 40% off 1 item coupon to use. I found CVS brand extra strength Pain PM Capsules for about $24. I only expected 40% off of my purchase, but by the time Kristy got done with my Care Pass 20% discount, $4 off the $20 Pain Reliever Discount, and 2% in Extra Bucks, that total dropped to $9.52. What a blessing it is to have knowledgeable, dedicated, and honest people like Kristy working for CVS in Steubenville, Ohio. Robert, you have a great employee, my friend. I recommend this CVS location and Kristy to family and friends. <3

The CVS front cash register and floor staff are super friendly here and very helpful! The Pharmacy Staff have had a lot of turn over recently - but those pharmacy staff that are there now (Oct. 2022) are really trying to do a good job. This is a challenging field to work in now, that is for sure. Hope new pharmacy staff hires will stay and things will calm down soon for all of us.

I am speaking for the front store only as I need to get my prescriptions elsewhere. The front store is beyond excellent in all areas. The store is kept neat and is well stocked. As for the staff, the manager is very friendly and helpful. As are the sales associate in helping me find items and cheerful when ringing me up! I would recommend this CVS to anyone!!!

Too understand the meds

I'm only saying them a 3 because the people are nice there. But I would not suggest this as a pharmacy to any friends or family. I've been there at least 5 times when they could only got part of my prescription, or not have them at all and have to wait 3 days for them to get them back in. I've also overheard many people complaining about the same problem. So apparently they don't have a very good inventory program, or they are to cheap too keep extra meds onsite. Idk. But definitely have caused me several headaches, having to transfer meds to another pharmacy, or having to make 3 different trips for one prescription. Just frustrating

If you want a good rating, treat me with Respect when Im at your pharmacy counter. Do Not speak down to me. I'll give you 5 stars if all of your pharmacists were as pleasant as their boss.

Just not sure how many of these type of places we need in a few mile area. Walgreens, Kroger, Walmart, CVS, Right Aid. Yet, none of them will carry the opiate replacement medication I'm prescribed, I have to drive hours for that when there are pharmacies on every block. Other than that, they all have huge make up, card, candy and gadget sections.
