I've only started going here in the past couple months, and I don't know why I waited so long. Fantastic selection, and everyone I've met working there has been great. It also helps that they're walking distance from my house. I love this place.

I’ve been coming to this store for the last few months even though it’s a bit far from me due to the high quality product and service everyone provides at this location. Connor is one of the best servers there and always makes to answer any and all questions I have. No other place takes better care of their customers than Plume House.

Kirk and the guys are amazing! The customer service is on point, and the quality of product is astounding. Don't have a flavor there you want? Ask Kirk. He'll probably get a few bottles in just for you. These guys rock, and so does there shop. I go here because they treat me like family!

Absolutely love this place. Most vape shops have extremely bright lights that make it super uncomfortable to enter the shop but this place has low lights and a very relaxing atmosphere. Customers service is spot on and always friendly. This place will make you feel like you have been friends for years. Best place in town for sure. 😎

I absolutely LOVE Plume’s. It’s the only shop in Winchester I go to. So far, Al has been my go-to guy for everything, but I’m fully aware that the rest of the crew is fully knowledgeable on their product as well. They’re all always so welcoming and willing to help with any vaping needs!

This is likely the greatest Vape shop I have had the privilege to visit. The staff is always friendship and Connor always has the hot recommendation. He is an arbiter of taste each time I visit and the establishment always seems to have something new that I’ve not been made aware of. I’m in there weekly and is a gem of downtown Winchester for those who enjoy particular types of good times!!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices and quality products. The hemp flower they sell is very good quality and affordably priced, and they've got a rewards program that saves you a few bucks basically every other visit which I appreciate.

For those who know what they want there's tons of options, for those who don't the owner and his employees are all very knowledgeable about every product, quick to help, easy to get along with, and a nice place to hangout as well. I just recently started coming here since it was so close to my work and I am so glad I did! The owner is not only knowledgeable on all the products but makes sure you’re satisfied before you leave. I was always stuck in my ways when it came to vapes but he’s suggested new ones to me and I don’t regret those choices! Definitely my go to and I always refer my friends to this place!
