Rent-A-Center

I have been without a dryer for a few months now and it has been terrible!! I have a family of 5! Taking clothes to and from friends and family's houses (we live 35 miles from nearest town) has been a task! I have used Rentacenter before, however it has been a while and I had forgot! Today I REMEMBERED and I thank you so much for making it all available online! Easy to setup, pick out what I wanted, and to pay! The only thing that I wish was easier is my Door Dash pay is loaded onto a prepaid card apparently and I could not set it up for automatic payments. Thank you so much for the promotions that were offered and the quick and easy response and help from the workers at the Andalusia office. I will get my dryer tomorrow:)

I love Renta center iv purchased a laptop from them now working on my ebike however it had to get brakes fixed an well they said guy is awarded an it's been 3 weeks almost all it needed was brakes an throttle hoping it gets back to me soon need my bike but they are the best very friendly Damien is anyway

Absolutely love this location! They always have nice looking furniture, even the pre leased merchandise looks new. The staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to meet every need and ensure you are satisfied. If you are currently looking for somewhere to purchase your next item from couches to televisions, don’t hesitate to call them.

My mom had a problem with her refrigerator and needed to rent one temporarily, while hers was being fixed. I called to inquire about the process and Austin assisted us, got everything set up and delivered. He went above and beyond to help us!! I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I normally do not leave lengthy reviews but I've really noticed a considerable change over the last year regarding customer service, management, and my overall shopping experience. I have purchased the majority of my home's furnishings and appliances just over the last six months alone as I have been remodeling. Your Sales Manager, Nicholas, is warm and inviting. He has gone above and beyond to meet and exceed my needs (from helping to select the right colors and fabrics of my furnishings to match and contrast properly down to suggesting the Porter Cable tools for my many DIY projects), and has even made this whole remodeling process much easier. He has truly made me feel like family as I know I am welcome to contact him at any time with my many questions. Both Katie, the store manager, and Nicholas are huge assets to Rent-A-Center, imho. Anyhow, had these changes not occurred you all would have lost me as a customer due to the previous management., so kudos to you for stepping up! In addition, they have been incredibly helpful and supportive during the current pandemic of COVID-19. So, if anyone has had a bad experience in the past, go see Nicholas and Katie. I do believe you will be pleasantly surprised.

I called this store to look for a new dining table and bed because my local rent-a-center is out of stock. I spoke to Austin and he called the staff at my local store to pick up my new furniture. Austin is the best!!
