Breedlove Building Supply

Drove past this place every time I drove into town to get Lowe’s type stuff for my project while camping for 3 weeks in the nearby Conecuh National Forest. Out of desperation from not finding elsewhere what I needed , I stopped in at Breedlove. They had five items on my list that I couldn’t find elsewhere! The store was well merchandised and well staffed. The guys there easily interpreted what I told them I needed. Most of the ladies across the street were very pleasant, but didn’t know a mending plate from a dinner plate!

Great customer service. Every visit I am greeted with someone eager to help me find what I'm searching for. This for me is a plus I am always interested in learning different ways to get the job done right and cost effective. From finding the right screw to fix a simple appliance that had broke to big jobs I know I am always going to receive honest and trustworthy help here. That's why I continue to do business here.

I love this store. I buy all my wood there. I can select straight, mostly knot free, good treated wood for all my many out door projects. The employees have always been very kind.

They always have what I need. Clean, well organized building. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. One of the few places left that actually understands the meaning of "customer service!"

One of the best place for DIY projects, repairs and advice. Bring a picture, an idea on scratch paper and some guess measurements and they'll do just about everything but build it. They'll even rough cut lumber and pipe to size (why buy 10ft when all you need is 4 1/2?).

Note I might be a bit biased but I hardly go anywhere else for hardware needs. The Breedlove family gave me a job when no one else would, even though they didn't need extra help which helped me get back on my feet.

I was in need of building supplies.paint ,pvc pipes,plexy glass , etc..I went to Marvin's & tractor supply..I was shocked by their prices.. expensive..so I went across the street to breedloves not only was the prices way cheaper.. but they were very helpful & courteous..I will definitely be shopping with them for many many years to come..

Way cheaper than Marvin's and had the parts I needed and Marvin's didn't.
