AutoZone! So much more than an auto parts store! The associates are so helpful and inspirational! Can they all be Zen Masters or was I just incredibly lucky?!? An entire wall of batteries- no wonder the very atmosphere is ionized with excitement! Ignition coils exciting every make and model of human on this planet! Every aisle is like an out of body experience! I’ll be back tomorrow for wiper blades or maybe fender fasteners! Any excuse to come back!

The 5 stars is for Phillip! He is so wonderful and If you looked up the definition of customer service Philip's face should pop up!! He was wonderful and very patient when I wasn't. Phillip went above and beyond! He deserves more than 5 stars! Eli is good, too! 🙂 THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Still the best customer service in the area

Love this place! I'm not a big car guy but I can fix just about anything. That being said, sometimes I have questions about a how to, or diagnosing something in particular. The people who work here are absolutely the best. They'll listen to what you have to say and recommend the next step. I've never had them try to upsale a product or part I didn't need, and they're friendly and good humored. Top notch place!

Hey Folks! I believe in giving credit where credit is due, so here it goes! I’m from Minnesota and was driving my truck to Florida. Not long after crossing the border into a Alabama, my truck started acting up. I was desperate to find an auto parts store that could help. Typically, because I never have much luck with employees at auto parts stores these days, I wasn’t very hopeful of resolving my issue and making it to my destination on time. However, I pulled into an Autozone in Andalusia Alabama, where I met the two greatest employees EVER...Susan and Tommy!!! Not only were they extremely friendly, given how busy they were with constant customers, along with dealing with me...but they went far and above necessary accommodations to ensure I got exactly what I needed and what I needed to get the job done! I could not and can not thank them enough. I’ve dealt with various businesses and consumer based companies across the country. It comes with great passion to say AutoZone should recognize Susan and Tommy for being the greatest example of what an incredible employee should be, as well as use their skills as an example nationwide. Susan and Tommy, I thank you for all your help and saving my vacation!!! I applaud you both and hold you in the highest regard!!!

I had a great experience at Auto zone this morning...I am so sorry I can't recall his name....But he had great customer service and I purchased a battery and windshield wipers....This employee went out his way to remove my old battery and old windshield wipers and installed the new battery and new windshield wipers onto my car...Very friendly and very helpful...This is the place to go get parts for your Car...Great Service/Friendly and goes the extra mile to make you feel right at Home...Check out Autozone for your Car and you will feel the same experience I felt today....Great Job!!!

Even after my screw up of giving the wrong make and model of vehicle the first time, then giving the wrong year the second time and two returns later, was not made to feel like I did anything wrong and returns were fast and painless.

Was in and out fast , seemed a little under staffed at the time but that didn't impact the friendly and helpful service at all.

I called before went and as promised they had just what I needed in stock. The young man helping me even attempted to put the part on for me, but it required more time than he had. But his advice still saved me a lot of money.

One of the most helpful places I've encountered in car repair parts. The night manager ,Lee, is as good a guy I've had the pleasure of meeting.

The manager was an excellent help. He probably saved me several $100 Bill's. I told him as I tell you, FROM NOW ON WE GONNA GO TO AUTOZONE FIRST!

My wife and I have several older vehicles that we keep on the road for economic reason, and over the past 15 years the people at Autozone have stepped up and went above and beyond to help solve our problems and keep our vehicles on the road. From Gizmo my 1998 tracker that I have owned over 16 years, to the wife's Jeep Cherokee that she uses to deliver the mail, they are the best..

Our car broke down on our way to Florida, it was New Year's day and they were very helpful! They got us our part and found us a place to get it fixed! We were on our way back to Florida in no time! Thanks so much!!!

Most of the employees are actually knowledgeable about vehicles and mechanics. They can actually tell you about the part you are looking for, not just look it up on the computer and tell you the price. The employee staff is actually helpful here.

I had help with my car putting my bulbs in, I had an issue wit my hornets on my passenger side an they resolved the issue for me they were the best thanks you guys
