Every time I called, whoever I talked to had all the information and was very pleasant and helpful. I went there for a covid shot and it is a well oiled machine from the time you walk in until you leave. Very professional and cordial to boot.

Mr. Harrelson, the health department has nothing to do with disability. That is handled through the Social Security Office that is down the street.

Slow to Go. Called ever month for two years, and never got any info about my Disability, until it was in the mail box and, I think you could starve to death in two years, without friends and family.

I know there ain’t no point of writing a review because it ain’t gonna help change anything but Andalusia health department is a joke I don’t know why they don’t shut them down because all they’re there is a collector paycheck they care less of helping anybody at and it’s been like that for years. and when it comes to kids, they definitely don’t like to help you. If you need to go to health department you’re better off going out of town. The one in Andalusia is a joke I warn y’all not to go.

No one is available at the office or on the phone. I can't get through to anyone. Why?

Rude customer service, and slower than a snail. If my appointment is at 12:00-12:30 I shouldn't still be waiting or just leaving after 3:30

Employees are rude and act as if it's a bother to assist the customer.
