Absolutely the worst. Every night between 8pm and 9pm it goes out. It’s like a running joke that’s not funny around the house. We are watching tv or the kids are playing their video games or I’m working on my Laptop, and it goes out. The reply is, it must be 9 o’clock, internets down. No joke every night. If I had another option in my area I would have changed providers long ago. At this point I’d pay 3x just to have a good provider.

Terrible phone service! My phone is out more than it's working. I work from home for my company so I really cannot be without a phone line. When it is working, there's so much static that I can't hear people.

Terrible services and customer service is even worse and useless 2 weeks they said for technician 2 come fix our internet yea no thanks canceled service and looking for someone better
