Little Caesars Pizza

I drove 10 mins out of the way from my usual Little Caesars off of Grelot and let me tell you...I was not disappointed. The pizza was fresh, tasty and beautiful (not dried out or burnt looking) 😋

The food was mediocre but thank you to employee name Chris for an outstanding customer service experience. Best hiring decisión made at the Cottage Hill store.

The New GM has turned that store around. Before I would not eat there Now I recommend that store . Everyone is nice and they great you with a smile . They get you in and out most of the time . When you order something that is not hot and ready they stay on top of your order until they hand it to you . Thank you to the new GM and to the employees that make this location amazing.

A new employee took my order, she was very nice. She didn't know how to enter my order correctly, so it was not what I expected. The gentleman in the kitchen made it right. Even though I expected to be charged more, he didn't do so. The new employee apologized.. I said it's ok. Being a fellow senior citizen, I know technology can be intimidating. Tonight they made me the best pizza ever! Great job y'all!

Pre ordered 7 pizzas for Halloween and boy was I glad! They were VERY busy on Halloween (but most pizza places are!)...employees were nice, pizza was good, and the deal was great...and best of all...i didn’t have to wait long :)

The lady in the gentleman who prepared my customers meal was very kind and courteous and worked as fast as they could despite being busy so I'm very grateful. They are the real MVP

The gentleman that helped me and I told him exactly what type of pizza I wanted he said he would make his self and he did!!! Excellent customer service the pizza was great at this point he's the only one that can make my pizza LOL

Love this location 💗. Employees are extremely friendly (& extremely cute). This is the only Lil Caesar's Pizza that I visit.

This is little Caesars out by cottage hill and Dawes just stay clear of the semmes by Walmart that place is awful I will drive to cottage hill every time

Quick, hot, and cheap. Location makes it difficult to sometimes gain access to store and getting back out onto Cottage Hill Road.

I am big on customer service, they were super and timely.
