Semmes House of Pizza

Saw a lot of the reviews, good and bad. For my wife and I, we had really good pizza. The service was a little slow, but that was okay. They had a sign stating they were hiring. We will go back!

We were given amazing service by Connor, Caitlin and Ashley. It really is like a family oriented the way everyone works together. We got an 18" Bronx and it had a very good amount of toppings and was the perfect thickness. We really enjoyed our first experience there and will be back.

Food was very good. We had amazing service from an awesome server named Connor who really made us feel welcome. I got a 14” pepperoni pizza with bacon and it was mouth watering! Will definitely be back 🍕

This is the best pizza place in Semmes. The employees are always so sweet and friendly. This place is very clean as well. They look out for their costumes. Will return, and recommend.

This may or may not be the best food I have tasted. I got the Long Island pizza without olives, and it tasted SO good. I don't even like tomatoes, but the ones on here actually tasted good. I will say that they put one single olive in my pizza, but I can forgive them for just a single one. And I also got lasagna, which was just as good. It is the best lasagna I have ever tasted. If you want good Italian food and you live in/near Semmes, this is the place to go.

I love this place. For me it's a touch of home. I'm from NJ, I'm use to authentic Italian pizza, I grew up on it. I know real pizza, NYC STYLE and this is it... the sauce, dough, crust... the crunch, bite, texture down to the cheese. Only problem I don't eat there enough. House of Pizza by far is #1. Best pizza joint in Semmes/Mobile area. Check it out you will NOT be disappointed. Past is awesome as well, the sweets and the chicken park. Friendly workers, nice environment, lots of parking. The other pizza joint don't start a chance.... if you have never eaten House Of Pizzas pizza, go now!! See what REAL pizza TASTE LIKE.

If you’ve been looking for a good authentic pizzeria, this is the place. I had the best calzone, my daughter had the chicken parmigiana, and son-in-law had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Their marinara was delicious and homemade, everything was excellent, plus the staff was wonderful. Definitely will be going back.

I've only been here 7 or 8 times but every time has been spectacular. The ladies are always on point and whoever is doing the cooking shows out on a regular basis. I haven't had a single thing that wasn't outstanding. The sandwiches, pasta plates and pizza are really good. Great service, great portions, and good prices. I'd love to have a few more draft options but me being picky is not ding on them.

So, If you want to think you’re in pizza heaven...go ahead and get the stuffed pizza. My wife and I get this every time and it never disappoints. Just be really hungry, because when they say stuffed, they mean stuffed. Double layers of three kinds of meat, two kinds of cheese, piping hot, served with made to order marinara sauce...It’s really good. No other way to say it. Just call ahead because it takes at least 45 minutes to make, which brings me to the second part of this review. Exceptional employees and staff. (There was a time when customer service was a businesses number one priority, it’s difficult to find now.)The day before this review was posted, my wife called to see how early they could conceivably have “the stuffed pizza” ready. My wife was on speaker phone so I could hear the conversation, I can’t recall the name of the girl she spoke to, but she was extraordinarily polite and helpful... Wow. Keep in mind they open at 11:00 a.m. and we really needed it as early as possible, but they didn’t know that. My wife was told they could have it ready a little after 11:00. Just as sure as the sun rises, the next morning, a little after 11 she had pizza in hand. Great customer service is no doubt, what separates them from the other five pizza joints in Semmes. And this is not an insult to the other five places, they all have their own level of customer service, just not at this level. Going above and beyond, and selling a good product, is what it’s all about. Customer service is very important to me and apparently to a lot of other people. I can see why they’re well liked and getting a huge following.

Eaten here a few times. Great pizzas. This week I tried just a slice for lunch. The extra large slice was huge! I would prefer my thin crust slightly more crispy but was still very pleased with my meal.

I've always enjoyed the pizza and burgers. Their crawfish special they had last night was amazing. Very flavorful.

We had the burger because someone told me they have delicious burgers. Yes it was really good. Adding to my list of great burgers in Mobile

I came with a group from my church. We were comfortably accommodated. The food was great. Also made for great leftovers. Our server, Ashley M, did not disappoint. She was great dealing with our hungry group. I will return.

THE best pizza place anywhere near hear unless it's another House of Pizza like Lucedale. Love it always have always will. Try it and see for yourself !

Momma Tot did a lunchtime reel eating one of their burgers. I got the bacon cheeseburger, sooo good! The fries are yummy and they're ranch dressing is awesome.
