We recently organized a 2 day conference at the Carbondale Civic Center and we asked One Hot Cookie to cater the event providing breakfast and lunch both days. They were very easy to work with via phone and email to determine budget and meal selections. Every staff member that came to setup each meal was helpful and friendly. The food was awesome and really impressed our attendees. We will certainly continue to reach out to them for future catering needs!

Their cookies, brownies, and cakes are DELICIOUS! They have delivery service and you can count on them to do a great job!!! My husband was out of town for his birthday serving the community with the military, so I decided to send him a surprise with them. They did an amazing job and they included a lot of cookies, brownies and a Cake 😱 I can’t believe they added that much for what I paid! Thank you!!! My husband was so happy and also brought some brownies home. Highly recommended!!!

I was finally able to make it over here for the first time today. Great menu options, very calm and relaxing atmosphere, delicious food and can we talk about the customer service please!!!! AMAZING 👏 both gentlemen were pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and observant. They were able to handle eat in customers, the drive thru as well as lobby pick up orders and it was so refreshing to see customer service done right like this. We will be back for sure.

I needed 3 dozen gourmet cookies to be delivered the next day. In spite of my short notice and the dangerous weather that forced schools to let out early that day, they got them delivered right on time. The cookies were EXTRAORDINARY and I will absolutely be giving One Hot Cookie Bakery more of my business. Well done.

Local food prepared lovingly. Everyone who works here loves their job, and the owners are a local, caring family. The decor is super cute and purchasable to add to your own home's decor. Always a great, relaxing lunch!

The food is awesome and all the workers were some of the sweetest people I've met! The menu has great healthier options, so you won't feel guilty when you reward yourself with one hot cookie! 🍪😋

LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS AND ITS GOOD! I come from a family owned business and so I really try to use other locally owned business'. My mom came in with a cookie that was THICK AND SUPER MOIST. I was really impressed. Plus its a different way for you to surprise your sweetheart if you need to think outside the box!! Plus I am curious about the soups and sandwhiches now lol

The staff here is incredibly friendly and their food is amazing. They do a lot to help other members in their community and are truly a gem in Southern Illinois. I highly suggest both their cookies and their hot meals.
