T Pro Nails

I just wanted to share my appreciation to a business who made things right. I have been going to this company for several years and have recommended it to many people, in which every time I left satisfied with the services. However, earlier this week on Monday, I decided to get my nails done with the organic dipping powder (in the color white, no designs/details) and the nail tech fixed my nails three times during my visit and when I left I was still sadden by the appearance of my nails. I paid and left a tip as the gentleman had still tried. Later that night, I sent a message and pictures of my nails to the company by Facebook messenger, and the company responded that same night and offered for me to come back to fix my nails. I returned on Friday (5 days later), and they confirmed that the appearance of my nails was not the quality they uphold themselves to be and wanted to make it right. The nail tech took her time in caring for my nails to make it look as if my nails were never serviced and started fresh. These are my NATURAL nails, and I am VERY happy with the result. I believe that companies should be given the chance to make things right before going public, in which the owner did accomplish this! Not only did they fix my nails with patience, dedication, and attention; I was gifted a gift certificate for my efforts in communicating and time in coming back to their salon to prove themselves of the quality work they are capable of! Kindess and customer service goes both ways, and remember that we are all here to learn; thank you!

Called for an appointment got us in right away with no wait time. Both our nails were done great. Very nice people

This is the second time that we have been to the business… We were very pleased the first time, but we were blown out of the water at the second visit… Absolutely top-notch quality care with extremely beautiful fingernails that look like they are actually our own…John & Henry were the best!

Best pedicure I have ever gotten! I was visiting from Milwaukee and wish this place existed in Milwaukee. I will for sure come back when I am visiting family. Loved the atmosphere and the woman who did my pedicure was fantastic!

They always do an amazing job with my nails! I love the new color to me n Paul did a great job being artistic with my ring fingers with random design! I love it n have had great compliments ☺

People are very kind. Place is very clean. Lots of organic powder, gel and regular nail colors to choose from. Their regular pedicures are not very good, they don't even scrub off callouses, but their signature pedicures are excellent. I love their organic powder nail polish. Lasts for 3 weeks or more and makes my nails healthier and stronger. I also get my eyebrows waxed there. I love the shape. They place false lashes here too. I've never done it but I've seen results from other customers and they look fantastic! The pricing is competitive to a little pricier but you always get quality and the place is so clean and beautiful, it's worth the price. Often there is a wait so I definitely recommend calling ahead and scheduling something.

They do a very nice job and give you a relaxing experience. A very nice group of nail techs. Paul, Lee, Kenny, they always do a good job with my manicure and pedicure.

This is absolutely the only place I’ll go for my nails! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and oh so talented! They can do anything your mind can dream up! The establishment is very clean, quiet, well lit and always has great tunes and HGTV on! I never once have had to wait past my appointment time and they’ve got me hooked on their organic powder dipping! 12/10 stars!!! I’ll be a loyal customer for life!

I went into T Pro Nails for a pedicure and had Mike as my nail artist. Not only did he give an amazing massage, but he did a wonderful job and was super polite! This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again, Mike!

Five years ago, I came here and it was miserable. Very expensive and the result was awful.

I came back about 6 months ago and it is much better. Services are in line or even a little less than competitors, my nails are strong and always last a long time.

I recommend giving TPro a try!

Today was my first time being here and they did an absolutely fantastic job! I had Trish remove my old nails and do a new design which she nailed! She took her time and had conversations with me and made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. After going here and having Trish as my nail technician, I won't go anywhere else. Beautifully appointed salon. Troy and Trish are welcomig. So enjoyable to watch them train employees. Patient and particular. The salon is clean and the service standards are high. I purchased 4 gift card for Christmas gifts for family. Love my nails and how healthy they look and feel using the SNS nail products.

I HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY NAILS DONE IN LIKE 20YRS WENT TO THE NAIL DEPOT BY COUNTY MARKET WASNT IMPRESSED AND THEY HAD TO RE DO THEM 2X NEVER WILL GO BACK! SO WENT WITH MY GUT AND TRIED T PRO NAILS OMG ! LEE IS THE BEST, VERY UNDERSTANDING! SHES MY GIRL, DID A FANTASTIC JOB, I FOUND A PLACE TO GET MY NAILS DONE WOOT WOOT!

LOVE Kim for pedicures! She treats you like you’re her only customer for that day! Does a great pedi and I almost fall asleep during her massages!! Troy, Trish, and Mikey are all superb in doing my SNS manicure! Very pleased every time I walk in/out of their door!!

I've gotten my nails dipped here twice by two different technicians and have yet to be let down. My nails last 2+ weeks and they feel and look strong. Super happy with their service!

My 1st time there was great! It was my 1st pedicure! Loved it, I'll be back! I brought my elderly mother and she had a manicure, they were great with her, very understanding of her condition, and treated her with respect! 💗
