IRON VAULT

If you live in S. Norwalk, there is no other place like it. No Sauna, no bells, no fancy smoothy bar. The place is clean, never too crowded, the equipment is unbelievable. I walk around wondering... mm what's that for.. I love it!

Is it overpriced yes but its the only true gym in Connecticut. Everything from the powerlifters ready to tell you how to perfect your form to the highschoolers trying to max out for the 3rd time this week. The music is good the lighting is amazing but the culture is what make Iron Vault a great gym.

I went to Iron Vault today for the first time with my friend and got a day pass. This is hands down the nicest gym I have ever been to. Do I think it’s worth $100 a month no but I am a student and I think the discounted $75 a month rate is fair for what you get. I was very impressed with the staff they are super friendly and know how to run a gym the right way. I definitely will be getting a membership when I come back from college. I would recommend to anyone that they buy a day pass to check out the gym and you will fall in love.

This gym is the best one I have ever been to. Barely any one there, never crowded, super nice staff and members, INSANE LIGHTING everywhere you go, and everything is brand new. Litttleee expensive but you are paying to not have the annoyances of a big commercial gym. Worth it in my opinion I go basically everyday.

Not an average gym, always clean, has everything you could ask for in a professional power lifting gym.

Great culture

Awesome environment

This is the best gym in the area if you’re into lifting weights. In the four months I was there I never had to wait for a bench press, squat rack or deadlift. Only giving it four stars since a lack of a proper locker room / showers might be a deal breaker for a lot of people.

It's a great gym, a lot of weights, a lot of space and it's almost always never full. Is it worth the 100$ month price tag?

I don't think so. There are only 16 lockers, all of which are located next to the service desk, no shower so you have to make sure you get changed before showing up, and there are only two medium-sized bathrooms.

The weights and equipment are properly maintained and are always in working conditions. Lots of squat racks. Two treadmills, 6 bikes, 2 ellipticals, and a stair master.
