Sammy's Pizza

Went the other night, had a 16 inch sausage pizza and 4 boneless wings garlic parmesan, and 4 bbq sirartcha Sue was the absolute Best.and she rocked and everything was awesome. Loved it 🍕❤ Went to one Kankakee, on Fifth Ave.

The wings are my favorite, they seriously are the best in town! You can't find better flavor or quality wings anywhere else. The tough guy sandwiches are very good as well

The Buffalo wings were the right level of spicy. The celery sticks were crunchy. Really over all of the gaming machines out in the open, and not just here.

Ok so we honor the Sabbath and we were pressed for time. We got in a sue was the waitress who served us. So before we get into the food let's talk about Sue. An amazing woman full of beautiful personality. I explained to her that we had until dark fall and she was right on it with the most upbeat attitude. I could understand if it annoyed her that this rambunctious family came in short on time asking for "special attention" but she didn't mind. I'll eat/go anywhere Sue's at! Ok so the pizza. It was our first time here and it's a nice and cozy place. Aside from two elderly ladies enjoying their evening, we were the only family dining in. So if you like seclusion this is it. The food was amazing!!! We got the half cheese/half beef, a taco pizza and wings. I had a sour amaretto because why not; and we all had Pepsi products. Our order came fast even though there was tons of orders going out the door. Sue will be the reason I come back and dine in 🍕🍹👩🏻‍🍳.

This is by far the best pizza in town,great customer service and wait time is never long

Service is great food is great nice place to have a cocktail and food. Bartenders are friendly and nice

Delicious pizza, just as it ever was. Tried the hardest salad to pull off...the brussel sprout. The salad was huge and beautiful and the brussel sprouts were sliced thin and raw, even harder to be good. It was delicious, one of the best salads I've ever had. I will be trying the other salads too. So far, best pizza in town.

I used to work at this Sammys now and then and I’m telling you the food is to die for. But best of all Gabriel the bartender/everything is amazing. He really knows what he is doing. My hubby and I found our niche.

Had a family get together and birthday celebration Sunday night. The waitress was Awesome. The food was yummy and quickly out. The family had a great time!

According to the locals and my friend out in Kankakee they're known in the area for the pizza. In my opinion of the pizza is it's better than fast food pizza but I'm not going to go there for the pizza. I'm not a pizza person. However I will happily go there for the other food on the menu. The hamburgers are delicious. chicken is wonderful juicy and tender and flavorful and it's not overcooked like so many places.. The roast beef is very good maybe a little salty for some people but not a problem for me.. My partner had the fettuccine alfredo and rates it better than Olive garden. The food is good The service is good it's a small chain family run and operated we'll happily eat there again when I'm in the area.

After a harrowing drive with car problems and two small
Children, after stopping at a hotel nearby, Sammy’s saved the day. It was late, we were hungry and pizza takes care of everyone. After one pizza place was closed, another was not answering and the third said they didn’t deliver to our hotel, I was grateful for Sammy’s! They were nice, they delivered within an hour and the food was great. Our bad day ended on a happy note!

Always good food and service with either eating in or delivery. They have the best delivery drivers too!!

Great food, quiet atmosphere, full bar. Jacqueline was our server and she was quick and humorous. A class act all around. The chef even made a custom pizza for my mom. Was very pleased.

I LOVE this pizza. Thin crust and super crispy, excellent ingredients and a wonderful staff. Plus, a nice atmosphere with a cool bar and big TVs for sports lovers as well as a separate dining room if that’s what you want.

Our friends who now us...know we are food snobs. I forgot to review this place on Friday. We actually both forgot our cell phones, I highly recommend that for everyone! The husband always love the pizza, Sunday they have specials...My favorite has always been the Philly Steak sandwich (no green peppers for me). Every time we go, no matter what time of day...they are always consistent.

One negative- stay away from the cheese sauce for your fries...

The tough guy is, hands down, the best pizza in the area. Many locals and visitors . The pizza is large and slightly spicy. Try to make it for happy hour. Appetizers are very good.
