As two former restaurant consultants turn truck drivers (I know what you're thinking how did that happen:-) we're usually not very happy with most of the places we go and eat at but this store has a Tanya at the helm and I can tell you when you have a Tanya
(nighttime manager) Running things you're going to have a clean store staff that respect their manager and follow her leadership and customer service that's top shelf! We loved our experience so much that we asked to meet the manager And Tanya appeared! She was friendly had a great personality and was truly herself when we talked no phony acting or anything like that she truly was responsible for our great experience. We will be back!

Very fast drive-through. The food will never get more than to stars because of its nutritional value.

Great McDonald's Location. VERY Good Service and Food!!!

When in Souix City Iowa there is no better way to start your day than with a $1 sausage biscuit and $1 coffee at McDonald's. Unfortunately, the lobby opens at 8am, but the drive through is open 24 hours.

Nice place, clean and my order was actually correct. Pleasant people

I'm from Indiana and we don't have to pay for extra BBQ sauce. That's the only setback. Everything was fine. The frys could have been fresher.

For a McDonald's, this was the best I've ever experienced! We left the interstate and got back on in 6 minutes. In that time we ordered & received a perfectly cooked, hot & fresh ¼ cheese, fries & 2 special ordered hamburgers. We literally didn't even stop anywhere except our transactions. And we weren't the only ones in line. It moved that fast. This manager needs to come teach the Sioux Falls managers how to run these places!

Great customer service. But only two of the employees were very polite. I wish I had their names. They should be honored in someway. But I still had a pleasant experience I didn't let the negative impact ruin my day. 🥰

We just ordered some shakes and iced coffees, which they made quickly and accurately. The parking lot drive through area is a pain in the rear to get out of when it's a busy time of day. But, otherwise great service!

Very nice and clean and safe

Even though their prices keep going up & up, I'm still lovin' it. Believe it or not, the chicken nuggets & fries actually have the lowest sodium content of all their menu items!!

My family stopped for breakfast on our road trip. Service was fast and helpful. The place was clean and welcoming. It was one of the better McDonalds we have been to. Whatever slowdown the new ordering kiosks may have caused at first does not seem to be an issue any longer.

Was very pleased with the staff .also-ran had lunch today there cashier was nice brought over our food

Great location with truck parking.

Jeannie is wonderful. Truck stop also. Manager forgot to order ketchup but Jeannie explained and fixed with packets and apology. Extremely helpful. Clean. Hot food. They did a great job.

It's a modern, clean McDonald's conveniently located off I-29. I used the new self-serve kiosk inside the dining area, which is nice because you can customize your order to your specifications, without worrying if the order-taker heard or understood what you wanted.

This is a nicely remodeled McDonald's that has a very sleek modern feel to it. The service was quick and friendly. Would definitely try this McDonald's again.

I feel sorry for the people that come to work and the lazy ones that don't thanks to our government the ones that work get full Stars the lazy ones should just be fired. Need an excellent job for being really really short staffed I will give them full stars all the way.

It's simple! You've promoted Germaine to the AM manager position. I am a long term investor in MCD, and I live close to the 170th & West Maple store. I've eaten via drive through regularly for several years.

Germaine always impressed me with his leadership and store performance. I am pleased to see him doing well, but I am not surprised. His confidence and respect for the business and employees is what I have long observed.

I am a divorced 66 year old white male who eats out often. The McDonald's on 129th & West Maple has always been a much poorer run store. Slow, food not hot and many order errors. Now I see Germaine has arrived and I am sure this store will turn around.

I got no dog in this fight except I love McDonald's food. A lot!
