Not trying to bash IV cell...just saying that the cell service has very much deteriorated in the past year. We liked the idea of sticking with a local company, but when we're paying for service that simply isn't there, it's time to move on. Sadly I think that IV cell simply can't keep up with the bigger companies . Being landlords, as well as working in the medical field, the ability to be reached on a reliable cell network is absolutely necessary. Nothing personal, but this carrier isn't working for us anymore.

This place is stuck in the year 2001 with 3g service.Phone calls and txt work great but a smart phone on 3g is worthless! I was told when I bought my iPhone 6 $948 in 2014 that they would have 4g by the end of the year,still waiting 2019...IPhone X on here is like having a nice car to show off but no gas..Hope this helps and just being honest!!!
