Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Wausau, WI

We stayed this past weekend. The staff were all great. Breakfast was very good. The pool area was clean and nice (no strong chemical smell like some hotels). The bed was firmer than what I’m used to. Overall 100% would stay here again

Rooms were nice. The staff was nice. Breakfast had a bunch of options. Make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, yogurt, bagels, fruit, etc. The kids was kind of small but the kids said it was warm and they enjoyed it

SUPER CLEAN, very nice Inn & Suites. Our room was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. I am glad we found this place and stayed here while traveling though the area! I would definitely go back if ever in Wausau and recommend it to others who are.

Very nice hotel. Rooms appeared new and well kept. Everything was clean in the rooms, breakfast area, pool, parking lot. There was a lot of young children staying due to a soccer tournament. Interestingly, I didn't hear anyone running in the halls or the room above us. Very nice hotel, would stay again.

Super cute lobby decorated for the holiday season. Cozy fireplace to sip coffee by. Well kept pool and hot tub area with towels available. Denise prepared our room well, everything was clean. Jeri, the breakfast room attendant was outstanding! Super friendly and brought my friend and I our coffees. I thought the breakfast (eggs) was delicious. My friend and I went to a concert at the Ski Lodge which was a quick 11 minutes away. Food and shopping was nice and close as well. I'm very happy with my experience here!

A very clean, friendly, quiet and comfortable hotel. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly as was the breakfast room attendant! The pool/ hot tub area was spotless and plenty of towels available. The hot breakfast was fresh and clean. We would recommend this hotel to all and will be our first choice when back in the area. Enjoy !!!

Welcoming staff. Very clean location! Pool area was remarkably well kept and clean. Breakfast options were decent. Walgreens and Target less than 5 minutes away. Several local restaurants within 10 minutes. Downtown Wausau less than 15 minutes away. Bed was hard. Only complaint.

Rooms were extremely clean and fresh! Decor was updated and rooms were bright. We paid for the king suite and were happy that there was a separate sink and a little freezer in the mini fridge that worked. Only recommendation for the hotel is to make a few improvements to the lobby coffee station. Coffee wasn’t very hot and wish they would have had some additional sweetener options (only sweet and low and equal were there). Otherwise no complaints, would highly recommend and would stay there again!

Clean and very nice place to stay.

Great experience at this hotel, it was clean and very comfortable, the staff was helpful and the beds were great too. We skipped breakfast due to time constraints, but had a wonderful stay overall. Will stay again if in the area.

We were greeted by Pam at check in and she went beyond what she needed to do to get the suite we needed for our stay. Really appreciate that Pam. I would recommend this hotel as it was clean, great staff, and great price. Still wish the breakfast could be expanded. They have added milk and cereal. Thank you.

I would like to say Thank you to the staff, they were amazing!!! Our softball team stayed there for their softball tournament. The kitchen staff came in early to get all the food out an hour early because they knew we had to be out at 630 am. They went above and beyond for us. The rooms were clean and roomy. I would definitely stay here again.

Updates to rooms. Clean throughout. Small but well maintained pool area. Firm beds were great. Pillows are very soft/small and head isn't supported. Other than pillows, no complaints. Will be staying here again.

The young gentleman at the front desk, Austin, was very personable and helpful. He made checking in and checking out easy and pleasant. The room was clean and inviting. They had plenty of outlets and USB ports by the beds for all of our devices. They had a good breakfast selection that included fruit, oat meal and yogurt parfait ingredients. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and Jeri (she made breakfast) pulled out all the stops with bacon, eggs, yogurt and fresh fruit, and asked if she could get me a coffee. I really felt appreciative. Great hotel!

Rooms were very nice and well cleaned. Breakfast was top notch all through the area was little small. Did not interact with staff besides as check in but the desk attendant was helpful and welcomed us warmly.
