I have had cricket ever since they have started down in Mattoon Charleston area over 20 plus years and I would never go any other phone carrier in the world they have always been polite nice reasonable and prices I give them a five-star and it don't matter what cricket store I go into I have always had the best customer experience ever so props to their training they have gone above and beyond for me many times I meant there is a few little changes that could happen but besides that for the most part they are hands down number one in my book I have work for the railroad I have been from Texas to all the way up by New York never drop service so with that being said like they're the best keep up to good work and I would recommend you guys to everybody

We have been to this store multiple times over the last 5 years, and every single time we get fantastic service from knowledgable employees. The Cricket customer service phone line is totally worthless; I'll never use them again. But every single employee in this store has been great to us over the years, and I'll never go anywhere else when we need anything for our cricket phone plan.

My experience with Cricket ,the service was excellent and the young lady, I believe her name was Taylor, very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing, she was assisting me with my phone, also answering incoming phone calls, also as customers come in she would help them too. I was very pleased with how she conducted herself, I nominate her as employee of the month, Thank you.
