They are super helpful, we moved from out of state and the house we were looking at didn't work out and they went out of their way to help us get one immediately. I am looking forward to continuing to work with them!

We moved from almost two hours away and rc was great with the transition. They are also quick to fix issues in a timely manner.

Have been great to work with! We moved from 6 hours away and they were great about communication and getting approved before making the trip to sign the contract. Been here a month now had to have maintenance come out for a few little things but they were quick and efficient about it. Submitted the ticket on a Saturday and they called Monday morning to schedule a time. So far so good! Thank you all!

I appreciate them for having a lease to own program without interest fees and no credit check. Very easy to purchase a home or rent from them. They have very affordable options and people need to be realistic. If they had other options, they would not be renting or buying from them. Myself included

These guys know their stuff. They’ve been managing for me and my clients for over 2 years now. They stay on top of tenants, yet are fair as well, and handle maintenance very quickly. True, if you are someone who doesn’t pay your rent you will have a 1-star experience, as you should...there’s an easy solution to that. If you pay your rent on time, you will have a good experience with RC Management.

Most homes are rent to own and have to make own repairs. Found a fixer upper can make payments on. Perfect for someone on a budget who wants be a home owner. If not willing to work on home then I suggest renting not contract for deed.

we came up from California to buy a house from these guys and it was so easy to do we paid him the money and we got a contract with them I give this company five stars they are professional. They have a no hassle paperwork you fill it out and you're done.

I moved from IN area to Danville in February 2020 Aaron was great he helped us all the way we love our new home and if things need to be fixed they are fixed. The girl's in the office are very sweet and will do what they can to help you. Wouldn't ask for a better landlord and he is very good looking and very sweet. #Happyrenter.

I switched to RC management for my Danville Rental properties two years ago and they have been tremendous. They collect rent, maintain properties, turnover units fast for me. and always lease my units promptly. I highly recommend them for any landlord - big or small.

Just recently started renting from them heard horror stories so naturally I was hesitant but the people are friendly quick responsive they definitely come out and fix any issues that occur I don't have any complaints yet but will update as time goes on

If you are looking for a place to rent they are good place to go talk to her to find you a place a house or apartment new help you get a place to stay with your family
