Panera Bread

Great store. Clean, friendly, cozy, courteous, warm, inviting, and tasty. Staff was very friendly and got my entire group order correct and made fresh. It was very neatly packaged and the taste was exactly what i needed. Delicious and quality ingredients. Very pleased with the look of store, cleanliness, atmosphere, and outcome. Bakery and coffee station looked very inviting.

Has dinner with my family. My favorite soup is the chicken with wild rice...can never have enough 😋 I also tried their new sandwich and that was amazing as well. My daughter is extremely picky and had a smoothie which she liked. Salads here are also good. We eat here only once in a while, pricey for a family, but delicious food. Staff are wonderful and it was very clean.

Omg I just went and I literally loved my experience, it was my first time and the cashier(who had curly hair) was literally sooo nice. I ordered the chicken chipotle avocado and my mind was blown 🤯 the smoked chicken was incredibly juicy and the peppers were perfectly roasted and added spice. And then we have…. That sauce….. 😍 where do I start, the creamy comforting and warm tasting spices hugged me from inside out. PLEASE never remove this sandwich. I love u guys, thanks again to the awesome cashier ( with curly hair)

New and very nice Panera Bread. Friendly staff. Clean atmosphere. Very good food. Outside seating, plenty of inside seating. Lots of drinks, food, to choose from. Good specialty fountain drinks- lemonades and teas and such.

I pop in every now and then just for your Sourdough bread bowl.

Brought it home then heated in convection oven on pizza stone and VOILA! PERFECTLY PERFECT 🥰 😋

Was there today with our large family and a few young kids. The staff was extra kind! They made our visit so great! The manager (I didn’t catch her name) and the rest of the ladies were so incredible and provided great customer service. Such a breath of fresh air! Thank you for the cookie for the little one :-)

My son recently discovered Panera and wanted me to try it. It is very tasty, especially for fast food. We've gone about 3 times in the past few months and I've tried something different each time and haven't been disappointed.

I've always been skeptical about Panera, but I've come out changed, the chicken frontera was one of the greatest meals I've ever eaten. I really recommend at least trying something here, the chicken noodle soup with the baguette is simple yet delicious, the chicken had complex flavors which will blow your mind. I definitely recommend this, and I will go back.

Went through the drive through yesterday afternoon at a busy time. I interacted with Emily I believe her name was. Wonderful personality and was kind enough to help me out with my order being short changed even though she didn't have to. This is the best costumer service I have ever received anywhere . I left with a big smile on my face . Thank you for all you do!

The Flatbread was huge but good!
But what I didn't understand, why am I asked to leave a tip? 1. I walked up to the register to place my order (like any other fast food place) 2. All you do is call my name and I have to get my food. 3. I have to bring my dirty dishes to the appropriate place. So why should I leave a tip? Tip for what?

I am new to the Manitowoc area. I have been going to this location faithfully 3-5 times a week. The drive thru cashiers are by far the friendliest cashiers ever. There’s one particular cashier that was working this morning she is super polite and well informed on the menu. She deserves a raise bc she has really kept me in the loop with the menu. Great customer services.

I love visiting here. The service is always amazing. They only got the side wrong once, but mistakes happen. The staff are always upbeat and such a delight. Even when I am having a really rough day I always leave there with a smile. I wish all places would have staff learn to be like that!!! Great job guys!!!!!

While the prices are high the food it great and without the chemical concoctions and grease that most fast food places have. Everything is made fresh each day even!
I recommend the kitchen sink cookie! It is so perfect that you only need one but will want a thousand!

I needed a place to take a few phone calls on a Friday morning. I expected a large amount of people there and sufficient background noise that would usually prove challenging. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the place was not that. Not because it wasn't good, not because the service wasn't great, but because it's a brand new Panera! Thank you, Panera and crew, for making my Friday morning productive.

We stopped in tonight because they were doing a fundraiser, apparently they had been so busy prior to us getting there, they were out of tuna, tomatoes, avocado AND all but about 6 cookies!
