As a caregiver, I was Very pleased with the shipping and care of the package I received! I loved the beautiful print that the little girl loved! Best part is, it is VERY easy to bundle her up snow, rain, or shine! I love all the options they provide for each season and the matching mittens! Her body can be very tightened at times, but with each zipper or snap she is good! Thank you so much X-ability, you will be hearing from me again soon for spring attire!

For years I have been wanting to order one or two of these amazing jackets. Until this past year, I finally ordered my daughter TWO. The purple/pink fleece bodysuit and the pink winter bodysuit. Both were a size 10/12. My daughter is 14 but tiny !! They fit but had issues getting her arms in. I didnt notice the option to have zippers put in the arms before I ordered, paid and recieved her jackets. I reached out to the Company (Jennifer) and she allowed me to send them both back and pay for the upgrade to have the zippers put in !! Both times the jackets came super quickly !! It seriously is an incredible LIFESAVER and they are so comfy and warm. Thank you so much for creating this amazing piece of clothing. It beats having to bundle up with a backwards jacket or blankets that blow away !! I have passed your information to many of my friends and followers !!

The body coats are wonderful for students who are in my ECSE classroom who are transported in wheelchairs! Such ease getting them in and out of their winter gear! Much better than dragging a blanket to and from the bus! Highly recommended for anyone who travels in a wheelchair!

Absolutely love the body coats we got for our granddaughter. With limited mobility her legs and feet got cold on outings. Now she stays snuggly warm.

I loved these coats! I have bought multiple. I will say, they fit small. My 7 year old out grew the 10-12 already. I love the ease of putting my child into her chair and zipping up her coat. There are many access holes for different straps. I stitched the ones we didn’t need closed, that could be updated perhaps, have Velcro flaps or something. Reason it lost a star, it was hard to get my kids arms in. I felt they could use some stretch there or zippers down the arms? I ended up blowing out the shoulders and needed to repair them. Otherwise, great product!

Terrible experience! Ordered 2 wheelchair coats for a disabled 3 year old in June. An almost $400 purchase! Coats never arrived! Repeated phone calls and emails go unanswered. The Better Business Bureau was unable to contact the merchant. This is a scam preying on the vulnerable! Save your money and time. Don’t deal with this totally unresponsive seller!

RUN FROM THESE GUYS!! Ordered coat which never came and they have refused to answer emails, VMs or social media messages.

Recieved my package today for my daughter so excited to see what it would look like. I thought finally a jacket for her wheelchair... omg to my surprise it was nothing like they said it would be. It was 2 jackets sewn together and the sleeves of the one jacket were sewn into mits.. this so awful. I paid 200 dollars. I do not recommend ordering from this place at all. Now it's a waiting game to see if the even refund my money.

Ordered a body coat for my daughter in March. Still have not received it and money has been taken from my account. Reached out to the company twice so far with no response back. Poor customer service!
