Stay Fit Gratiot County

I first met Liz and started using the Stay Fit facility in 2012 and just recently returned as a member after some time away. Liz is an awesome trainer who is well educated, informed, and connected with her clients to help them achieve goals that are meaningful and achievable to them. Her facility and equipment are clean, up to date and accessible 24 hrs/day too. This gym is great for individuals of all ages and abilities because of Liz.

I've recently re-joined Stay Fit and Liz to get back on track. I couldn't be happier. She is so supportive and knowledgeable. She provides the tools and support needed to be successful. The gym is very clean and the 24 hour access is super helpful. Stay Fit has been a great place to work out, make friends and take back my life. Thanks Liz.

Hard to put into words what Liz and Stay Fit has done for me. My journey of fitness here began with some simple classes to get me out of the house and maybe lose some weight. However it has turned into a life style I will never trade. Liz has given me the support, tools and constant encouragement to believe in myself. I love the 24 hour convenience, cleanliness, and great variety of equipment too!! Love this place!!!

Stay Fit Gratiot County is a part of my daily routine and has been for several years. There are no excuses when the gym is open 24 hours/ 7 days a week! Liz is a very knowledgeable trainer who has a plan for every client--beginner or experienced, young or not-as-young. She truly cares about the health and well-being of individuals, as well as our community as a whole.

I am grateful to have such a great gym in our community that is available for use 24/7. Liz has done a fantastic job of helping people with the various challenges that are run periodically. Great environment were you can do your thing to get and stay fit.

The gym is kept clean and well organized. Liz has a daily workout posted most days. The posted workouts are arranged to cover most muscle groups. Liz is is very knowledgeable on correct form function of exercises.
If you have questions about an exercise Liz is glad to help. If you want to do your own thing that"s OK, too.

I love Stay Fit Gratiot County. Such a fun place to workout. The owner (Liz) knows her stuff and is always there to encourage you to reach your fitness goals. She will never give up on you. Thanks Liz for all you do!

Liz, the owner, is awesome! Very conscientious, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Gym is clean and welcoming. We feel very safe with her Covid cleansing procedures in place.

I was always shy of joining a gym because I didn't think I could handle the work outs. But that changed when I met Liz and started working out at Stay Fit. She is always helpful to modify the work out of the day to fit my abilities and that has inspired me to push thru to accomplish my goal of being in the best shape ever by the time I am 50. (My 2 year goal)

Best little town gym I've been in. The owner takes great pride in her gym!

Great place, great pricing, smaller in size, but has everything you need in two stories and 24/7. Better than most gyms i've been in.

Nice convenient place to go, and this facility is loaded with equipment.

Great gym, clean and the equipment is old but everything works almost as new.
