I cannot say enough good things about Certified Auto. My regular mechanic diagnosed the problem; however, they couldn't fix the problem for three weeks. I was going on a road trip in 5 days and needed my vehicle. Certified Auto fit me in and finished the job in time for my trip. In addition, I paid $700 less than the estimate of my former regular mechanic. I will be a lifetime customer of Certified Auto!

Thank you so much Cody and and your Certified Auto team. My 2017 Honda CR-V is running great! I appreciate your knowledge, honesty, quick service and reasonable pricing. My CR-V came in with 51 error codes. The Honda dealership in Green Bay told me I needed to replace my engine with rebuilt or used. They had me believing I needed to purchase a new car. Cody told us to bring it to him immediately. He and his team Diagnosed the issues quickly and had my CR-V back on the road within a week! A replacement engine was not needed . I showed up during spring break with squealing brakes and no appointment. I’m pretty sure they could hear me coming. I dropped it off late in the morning on Thursday, hoping they might get to it Friday or hopefully by Monday. To my surprise a few hours later my phone rang and THEY HAD FIXED MY BRAKES and I could pick it up anytime before 5! My brakes no longer squeal and I didn’t go broke. He didn’t charge me extra for showing up without an appointment or for a rush job. Thank you.

I had been having car troubles for the entire month of December—I live in New Orleans, and I brought my Ford Escape to FORD in New Orleans 3 times. Each time I brought it to them, they charged me for parts that did not need to be replaced, and the problem persisted. I took a road trip to WI for Christmas to spend time with family, and I was worried about getting my car around safely. Once I made it to Manitowoc, I took my car to Cody at Certified Auto. He was able to identify the cause for the car’s performance issues immediately. I would highly recommend any friends or family to his shop. He and his technicians do a wonderful job.

I give Certified Auto a 5 star, They did an excellent job fixing my jeep, that another place was supposed to have fixed and didn't,Cody called or texted with questions and to update us.. I would recommend Certified Auto to anyone for your cars repairs..

Just moved to town and we didn’t have any experience with local mechanics so we did some calling around and got my jeep in to Certified Auto. These guys are awesome! They got us in quickly, did awesome on repairs, are super affordable, and are super cool to work with! Recently like today dropped my car off and had it back the same day. Had both of my back wheel bearings replaced. I always use Certified Auto for all my repair needs. Cody and the mechanics do great work. They get my car in at a timely matter. Always keeps in touch with what is going on with my vehicle. My vehicle needed a lot of maintenance, previous quotes I'd been given were ridiculous. A friend referred me to Cody and his technicians, where service was honest, fair, and prompt. I'm continuing to drive from Sheboygan to continue the service here, I can't recommend it enough!!

Excellent service!! Called this morning because one of my tires was leaking, they were able to get me in within a couple of hours and remove the nail very quickly. And they didn’t charge me for the service! Would absolutely recommend coming here and will be switching from my previous mechanic to Certified Auto Services for future needs.

So I had a lot of people try to do my work on my subaru. Everyone was busy or too far. Then I forgot about my buddy who works here, Austin. He legit gave me a deal. Helped me out with sending me pictures of updates and notified me when something either came up or parts that were installed. Highly recommend this place. He also gave suggestions and by the way, I got a lot done. Coilovers, spark plugs, ignition coil and wires, all my 4 rotors and pads. Helped me for future issues that will come up with other parts as well. They're nice and friendly. Ever need anything done and want it done asap with quality work. This place is the go to spot for cars. As a side mechanic who works full time doing something else, this spot is reasonable and does quailty work.

Absolutely recommend Cody and his team at certified auto! They were very flexible with my last minute oil change and busy schedule! It was a great first experience and we will definitely be coming back!

Cody and team are the best and have earned our repeat business. They are honest and reliable, which are highly desirable traits for automotive technicians. We've tried other shops in Manitowoc, but none compared to the service we find at Certified. Solid team, we bring all our concerns to them and are never let down.

A friend from work recommended Certified Auto when we needed work done on our F150. We were offered a brand new part or a rebuilt which would save quite a bit of money. When the part came back and didn't work we received great communication that it was going to take a bit longer to get things fixed. When we got the bill it was much less than what we thought it would be. We now own a Ram. Took it to Certified for a noise that was driving my husband nuts. Found out it was a manifold leak which would be covered by warranty. We were not charged for this diagnosis. Would recommend Certified Auto to our friends and family.
