We had a great time at the Saddleback South Branch slopeside condo for our annual friends ski weekend. The condo was perfectly situated for easy ski in/ski out, with access to a chairlift. The views are phenomenal. The building seems well build, the fixtures and finishes inside are very nice, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the convenience of the ski locker room was a nice bonus. Hopefully we'll return next year!

We rent every year with Morton furbish. They are very easy to deal with. Very responsive to issues. Always a positive experience. We have family members who tried an Air Bnb. They had a terrible experience. They have switched back to Morton furbish!! Truly a wonderful company!

I’ve vacationed in Rangeley Maine for decades. Morton and Furbush is THE place to go for vacation rentals in the area. They have great values.
I’d like to see a map on their rental website so I can tell approximately where the rental is, though.

We originally booked through airbnb but our rental was switched over directly to Morton and Furbish and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed at 2 Robins Nest Lane at Saddleback Lake and we had the greatest, most peaceful stay on our vacation. The lake was so quiet and relaxing and the fall foliage was peaked at the perfect time. Anytime we had a question or a problem, we easily made a call to their office and they handled it quickly. We will definitely be booking directly with them again for our next trip back to Rangeley, Maine.

Our family has been using Morton & Furbish Rentals and vacationing in Rangeley for what will be our 21st summer, this year. The staff and owner are polite, kind, careful, and professional.

This real estate office was incredibly helpful in us finding our first VRBO home in Rangeley Maine. Gave us choices based on questions about what we wanted, and we had a renovated farmhouse on 110 acres of gorgeous land. Heavenly. They made it easy and smooth.

Offered several rental options, communicated consistently and in a timely manner, well stocked cabin in a most beautiful area.

This is an extraordinary place to rent for a special event. A pristine lake, privacy with wooded acreage and wonderful accommodations within the 2 barns. We have caterered several events at Potters Place over the years. Family gathering, yoga retreats and smaller weddings. I highly recommend this rental!

We had reserved an AirBnB in Rangeley for Feb break. A family of four and a chocolate lab. A contractor building a new cabin next to ours accidentally clipped the power as we got there. The owner called the emergency number for Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals and handed us over to them.

They were nothing short of amazing. We had to move between a couple of properties because of existing reservations but they kept our vacation intact and treated us incredibly well considering the amount of short notice effort that was required during one of the busiest weeks in the winter season.

My family rented cabins for many years from M&F before we ultimately purchased a cabin from M&F Real Estate. Now, our property is managed by M&F. It is a local business and we feel very much a part of the M&F family. They far exceed expectations in every respect and have guided us first as renters in an area new to us and now as owners. My sister owns a cabin on Saddleback Lake. Morton and Furbish Real Estate handled the purchase of the cabin and now the rental agency handles rentals, property management, and the like. They are always responsive. Issues that come up at the cabin, such as repairs, delivery, and housekeeping are handled in a timely manner.
They have a team of folks who handle everything from a leaky dishwasher to a hornet's nest on the back porch -- all are exceptional, polite, and competent.
With the cabin is 600+ miles away, my sister can rest easy that things will be handled as needed. A+++ service!

I have been working with the girls at Morton & Furbish Rentals for over 5 years with Property Rentals and I don’t know any business that works as hard as they do to make there customers happy. They go above and beyond, because it’s the Rangeley Way. I get a little upset when I see someone giving them 1 star because I know it’s the customer not the company. I have worked with Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals for over 15 years. Their Team and Services go above and beyond. Weather it is a small issue, or a larger issue they respond fast and work to solve the problem. On one occasion i arrived very late in the evening after a long trip from Florida, I had mixed up my arrival date. I called the office around 11pm, within a few minuets the office solved the problem by providing a place for us to stay that evening.
The next day, the camp was cleaned and we where called that it was ready for us, long before the normal check in time of 4pm.
I appreciate working with the profession and friendly service I always receive.
