We had an excellent experience working with Anna and the staff at Allied. They are very knowledgeable about the market and they know the other local agents so communication went smoothly. We found them relaxed and easy going but always moving things ahead. The negotiation went very well, quickly, and to our satisfaction. We closed the purchase on schedule and without any detail going off track. Communication was just right being what was needed and not excessive. I wish we were in the market for another property so we could work with them again!

We have been working with Anna at Allied Realty for a few years, we have been close to the closing table a couple of times but could never make it happen in the end. Throughout all of this Anna has always been incredibly helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable, as well as very patient with us! We continued to work together and recently closed on a piece of land, in the exact location we had been looking for, finally getting it done! Working with Allied Realty to purchase a home in Temple Maine, was the very best real estate agency to work with in our opinion. Anna represented us as our buyers agent in the Rangeley area. She showed us several properties in the area that matched our criteria. After choosing the one we liked best she arranged additional showings so that the rest of the family could view it. Anna researched the property, sent us the HOA documents and got us in touch with the HOA president so we could get all our questions answered. She arranged and coordinated the home inspection, water test, and septic inspection so that we could be present. Based on the results of the inspections she obtained estimates to repair the deficiencies found in the inspection reports. Anna helped us sort through all the information so that we could make a fair offer on the property. She negotiated on our behalf with the seller and we agreed on a sale price. Anna seamlessly walked us through the purchase and sales agreement, title search and closing. Working with Anna was a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. Anna at Allied Realty went WAY above and beyond in helping me with my home purchase. I was well under contract on one property and her recommendations on due diligence literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Somehow, she was able to pivot and the day we withdrew contract on a property got us set up to view another home. We put our offer in on the next home and the process was incredibly smooth. She essentially doubled her workload by helping us with both properties. I would be in rough shape had her professionalism not spotted the issues and scenarios unfolding at the first property. Her good eye, intuition and desire to keep us happy were always placed before any financial conversation on her own accord. In fact she was even able to help with a lender that gave us a credit. Her thoughtfulness and integrity were at the forefront throughout the entirety of our dealings, with almost two closings it was about 90 days of constant communication and I never felt like I was “bothering” her. Great company with incredible staff. I would recommend Anna and allied to anyone looking to purchase.
