Sunset Hills Eatery

The Sunset Hills Eatery did a fantastic job with our remembrance gathering. The food and set up were outstanding, and overall service was amazing. The banquet room worked very well for a "receiving" area, but we ended up with more people than expected. The staff moved the food to the main dining area with barely a mention and ensured the event went perfectly. Thank you! Pics are of the banquet and main dining areas the day before our event.

Sara helped us plan a surprise 40th birthday party for my friend. She did a fabulous job from beginning to end. We reserved the backroom sitting 32 was perfect for us. We ordered the Fiesta buffet. Everything turned out wonderfully. And cannot say enough about the fabulous wait staff. They were attentive all night with all the guests!!!! Great job. Thank you so so much!

We have eaten there several times and always good food. Great wraps and chili and nachos. We arrived to play disc golf and unfortunately there was a boil water order from the city so Andrea the owner went out of her way and ordered us a pizza to eat while playing. Thanks and we will be back!!

We chose Sunset Hills Eatery to have a send off gathering for our son who is headed to basic training and tech school for US Air National Guard. Every part of this event went so smoothly from planning the food choices, the quality of the food and incredible waitress and bar service. We were made to feel very special and our son had a wonderful evening. We were even gifted a beautiful light up wooden Ametican Flag from the owners and staff to keep lit while our son is away. Truly heartwarming and appreciated. Thank you Corey, Andrea ,Sara and staff . We will never forget this evening🇺🇲💕

I stopped in and had a swiss & bacon hambuger and fries. Staff were VERY attentive to patrons ordering drinks and did an excellent job with the large volune.
The burger was downright amazing and has taken the top 5 of my list. Fries were really good and not overly greasy. I Will definately eat there again.

I just love this place! The staff is always smiling (NEVER COMPLAINING LIKE OTHER RESTAURANTS) and they are always coming up with fresh and new ideas!

Highly recommend this restaurant!!! All the food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were friendly and made us feel wonderfully welcomed! We went there for a birthday dinner, and they made it a truly special occasion! Will definitely be adding this to our "go to" restaurants!

I had the Flying Hawaiian and it was amazing. The burger was great and my waiter was awesome, I will say that the food took awhile to come out, it was a solid 30 minutes. We were the only ones waiting for food at that time, so I was surprised at the wait. That being said, we were not in a rush so it was all good.

My husband and I had our wedding in the tent back in July and it was beautiful Sara was amazing to work with she done a fabulous job

We had our daughter and son in law's baby shower here. From the first contact asking for information to the day of the shower, every single person we worked with was extremely professional and showed a genuine desire to make our event memorable and exactly what we were wanting it to be. Their pricing for the event venue package was the most affordable in the pekin/ peoria area and the food was excellent quality. The entire staff made it easy for me to know that I will definitely be hosting future events here.

We hosted a bridal shower at Sunset with approximately 30 people attending. Not only did staff assist in the set up of our decorations they also provided many items we didn’t have, like tape, hammer, a basket. Very helpful and accommodating. Service was excellent during the shower, bringing drinks and clearing tableware. Very enjoyable event. Would highly recommend as event venue.

Just had a graduation party this past weekend with sunset hills Golf course and eatery. We had a wonderful time. The food was wonderful, staff was very nice and accommodating, even when our party exceeded what I had originally thought and planned for! Would definitely use again for an event!

I photographed an event yesterday here and I was impressed with the wait staff! I saw at least 6 people staying on top of the food, drink, and comfort of the customers. All of them had great personalities and were very fun and attentive to customers and each other. Well-oiled machine! The whole place was clean, including the bathrooms. Parking is abundant, and the views are fantastic! Spacious and nice outside seating area!

I worked with Sara to have a ladies banquet and couldn’t have been happier! Good service, atmosphere and food were excellent! What a wonderful place to have an event. You could not ask for anyone easier to work with!

We had a wonderful time and great service for our Holiday Party last night. The food was amazing and the staff was fast and friendly…. we will definitely go back there next year for this event.

Was there for the Honan benefit. The staff kept the food filled at all times. All employees were very personable.

Love it! Super friendly staff, great selection of food and it was all hot and fresh. What a spread! Price was definitely right on food and drinks! Great for entire family.

We were part of a large party and had a great experience! Think upscale pub to start, then toss in great-tasting food that won't cost you a fortune. Paying for three appetizers, nine entrees, 6 soft drinks, 2 drafts, and a mixed drink only went over a hundred after tip. Service was great and considering our party size was definitely fast!

TL;DR Upscale pub, great experience.
