Pretty much any trip to Gurnee Mills whether if with the wife & kids or not, Bass Pro Shops is always included as a stop in.

This place is amazing, anything to do with the great outdoors, this place has it! For the most part, my wife likes to take our boys who are 2 going on 3 and 8 years old to see the fish and the shooting range for the elder.

I'll admit that we typically don't shop here, just an occasional item or 2 and mostly to kill time for our boys.

Always worthy for a stop in whether for your camping/outdoor needs or just wanna browse to occupy time.

We had a blast! I wasn't sure if I was going to the famous, Bass Pro Shop, on Black Friday with the rest of the 12 members of the family, including kids, Worth it!!! I got my metal detector!!!!! OMG I'm so happy! Thank you!

Store to see the live fish in the giant tanks, and streams, beside the stuffed wild animals. They ask to see this every time they come to Chicago. I enjoyed it as well. Wait until you see the huge catfish and Sturgeon fish in the tank. The sturgeon looked like it was 6-7 feet long and the catfish may 5-6 feet long. Amazing! Amazing store that has anything and everything for a beginner to expert sports person. Anchor store at the gurnee mills. Financing available for a fishing boat, atv or pontoon boat. Plenty of parking.

When I go here, I always find more than what I planned on getting. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is organized and well maintained. My family could spend hours watching the fish inside - always a family favorite. The prices aren’t too bad on most items, especially if they are on sale! Can’t wait for the next visit!

Friendly , helpful staff. The gentleman at the fishing poke section helped me with the choice of test line for the specific fish I was to use it for. Very good experience. Nice store, so many choices of gear and clothing. Highly recommend. Love the Bass Tracker boat display, too ❤

Fred and Patrick from the Hoffman Estates store helped me get a trolling motor. This was a very important thing for me to do and they helped every step of the way.

Great store anything you can think of for hunting, fishing, camping. Huge indoor pond with fish, a great little waterfall. There was quite a bit of merchandise on the floor and employees just walked around it instead of picking it up. Other than that a great store

Love this place! You really can find anything. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their knives and guns are too quality. They have fishing stuff, boats, camping gear, clothes, dog accessories, scents and calls and traps, snacks and furniture, archery and gun ranges plus an arcade for the kids. Love the water walkway and the fish enclosure. Love the taxidermy. You really feel like you're outside while indoors!

I like coming to bass proshop they have lots of interesting things there. They also have a big fish aquarium in the middle of the store with big fish in it. Christmas and Easter time is great to bring the kids to take pictures with the bunny or santa. Kid friendly place!!

I love to visit this store even I buy or don't. I love how they design with beautiful water and animals decor. Huge selection of hunting,fishing,boats, camping ,clothes and more and more. Amazing place to shop.

Who doesn't love Bass Pro Shop? The kids love watching all the fish while I am able to shop around for whatever we need. I do wish they have more options in the hunting section as they don't have a lot of what I am looking for, but I get it the new norm. If you get there when they have sales there are some really good deals.

So much here! Bound to find something for everybody. From food to fishing, tennis to tents, they've got all things outdoors. You can make a day of it sitting on a park bench at the beautifully scene-scaped indoor lake to showing off your shooting skills at the air tells range. Explore a new section and learn something new!

Amazing! I love to visit different bass pro shops, and cabelas to see all the different settings. My kids loved being able to go right to the fish tank and have the fish swim directly to you. Then they got to throw coins into the well on the other side (they wished daddy got a new fishing pole but he didn't lol). We got to another fish tank to see fish that all 3 of my kids have caught before as well (a pan fish tank). Great visit and hopefully we will have another chance to visit again.

The prices were excellent for the ammo I was seeking. The salesman was very helpful and the overall shipping experience was delightful.

Loved It! Such a beautiful store! We spent over an hour just looking around! The "arcade" is so fun! Gotta check it out! The Fish Aquarium is so cool! HUGE fish in there! Highly recommend, even if you do t hunt, fish, etc....it's just amazing here!

Visited the Gun Counter at the Gurnee Store. Don came over and introduced himself. I told him what I was looking for and what the intended use would be. Don pointed me to a S&W 638 Air weight "Body Guard" after only a few short moments in my hand, I knew it was my new EDC! It was exactly the look and feel I had been searching for. Of my many purchases over the years, I 've grown away from purchasing at the local gun stores, I just don't like the feel or perhaps the environment .
I really enjoyed purchasing at Bass Pro, very knowleglable , good selection , online ordering. That said, bring your patience, not the fastest purchasing process! they're extremely detailed and short staffed, so things tend to move slower, however I really enjoyed my time and will be back again.
