I received a root canal at Dr. Brucker’s office & have to say it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had. The staff is extremely courteous & knowledgeable, & I have never had such a caring, gentle & thorough Dentist. He explained every step of the procedure, was very efficient, and it was PAIN FREE. The charges were explained upfront & they even offered a cash discount. It is very reassuring to know your in good hands. Highly recommend their office for all of your dental needs!

I moved to KY and still drive up 3.5 hrs. to use Dr. Brucker as my dentist. I just had a crown done and didn't even feel anything when he gave me shots to numb my mouth. I felt the work performed and customer service was excellent. Dr. Brucker is just a really nice guy. Pricing wise, I thought it was really reasonable. My sister-in-law also also uses Dr. Brucker. She fell down a flight of stairs and had major damage done to her teeth and jaw. She loved the work Dr. Brucker did and he coordinated all of the other work with an oral surgeon that she was really happy with as well. Can't say enough good things about this dentist and their staff. I will keep driving up 3.5 hrs. to keep him as my dentist because I think the drive is worth it for the great quality of work I get.

First, the positives: Dr. Brucker does good work. He is very concerned with his patients' comfort. His office is immaculate. The staff is pleasant. If money is no object I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Which brings me to the rest of my review. Dr. Brucker and staff do not give you any idea of what your bill will be. a staffer told me they have " no way of knowing" which I find hard to believe. My bill ended up being over 20 percent of my annual take- home pay .Even with insurance I owed thousands of dollars. It is my own fault- I should have insisted on an estimate before having the work done. I did insist on an itemized bill. I have heard from
several people that they stopped going to him because of costs/ billing issues.

My partial isn't right and now has a crack in it. I can't wait past his reliable office manager. I am 82 years old. I went there for some one to go over my charges. The office manager said I'm not going to argue. I said me neither. She calls the good doctor to come to the front desk. So the doctor comes to the front desk, all he says to me is what do you want me to do? The office person is talking the whole time. Yes I did ask him to have her be quiet so I could tell him. He said he would not. Anyway, I have good insurance and always paid my bill. All I wanted was to go over the charges I guessed she runs a place. Long story short, miss office manager told me to write down my phone number and she would give to dr brucker He hasn't been yet. Now what am I told that I can't go there anymore. Ever. What would you do?
Silly me I thought he was a good dentist.

I can't get the good doctor to fix things that aren't right. I leftmy phone number with his reliable receptionist but apparently he did not get my message. My partial has one tooth in the front longer than it should be. And it does not fit right. I had this bill I went there to inquire about. The first words out of her mouth were ' I'm not going to argue. I said I didn't come here to argue. Anyway kiddingly I said you're fired and she came apart. Now I'm not allowed to go there.i paid everything I owed when I received the statement but on this one mine and hers didn't match. Trying to inquire about. Iwould like for these things fixed.. l paid over $700.00 they don't want me to come there. an 82 year old woman
. I still.think my partial should be fixed. The doctor did not hear the whole thing
Just took her word for all. She lies to me, she wanted my phone number to give to the doctor but I'm sure the doctor never got it.
What would you do for the doctor to look at my partial

My family is from the area and we were searching for a good local dentist for our children, that's how we were referred to Dr. Brucker. Our insurance covers 100% of in-network - this practice is out-of-network for our family. However, I like to support local business and knew we would pay a marginal amount out-of-pocket. He billed me over $130+ after insurance paid maximum amount for a cleaning on my 6 year old and 4 year old and one x-ray on one of them. They absolutely refused to work with me on the price so I could continue supporting our community and acted like I was crazy - even though Dr. Brucker was only involved for possibly 2 minutes during the visit and his staff, nor him even spoke to us or asked if we had questions or concerns. Dr. Brucker and the people he has working do not care at all about building or keeping local business relationships even though this is the life line of his practice. If you have a toothache and your insurance will pay-in I'm sure this practice will suffice, but if you want a more personal small town relationship - do not go looking here. I don't mind paying the $130+ it's the disappointment and principal that he does not care about his own community that support his practice, especially since myself and my family are small business owners in the area and try to work together. I would suggest going to a better equipped practice that has no local ties to you - you will receive better service, more attention and receive a full line of services even if you are only a face, because at his practice that's all you are. If I could give negative stars for my review I would have to give a -5.

I went to This dentist for a root canal and was quoted $1400. The way the office explained $1400 would cover root canal, buildup and crown after he was done with root canal and and buildup they billed me $1200 and my insurance paid $400. Then wanted me to pay another $1400 for the crown. And on top of all this my tooth hurts more than it did before I had the root canal done
