My visit was for a regular checkup. Staff is friendly and professional. My hygienist made me feel comfortable and was very detailed with cleaning my teeth and explaining any concerns. The dentist was pleasant and answered all my questions. We switched to Paxton Dental about two years ago and have been very happy with the service we have received.

There are just so many great things to say about this place. The staff are some of the kindest people you will meet. Dr. Lee is so caring, and explains everything very well. Every dentist I've went to before Paxton were very judgmental about my hygiene habits. Here I feel so welcomed. Really happy to have Paxton Family Dental as my dentist!

Haven’t been to a Dentist since prior to Covid. It was nice to go in the office and not feel like the dentist planning to do a procedure the is not necessary just to make a buck. They said there we no major issues. They pointed out a very small issue and said to keep an eye on it. The dental tech did a great job of telling what was happening and what was going to happen during the visit. A+

Hadn't been to the dentist in years and from my first visit, I wasn't lectured about that and we developed a plan to get back on track. This even included a pain-free extraction. Very impressed and I recommend them to everyone.

I'm very satisfied with Paxton Family Dental. I enjoy their newly remodeled office. After my teeth cleaning, the hygienist explained everything she found and the dentist did the same after his examination. I was also in and out in a very timely manner.

Hadn’t been to a dentist since 2015 after a bad experience over a simple cleaning at a different establishment, so to say I had anxiety going in was an understatement. Decided to try this place and it was the best choice. Staff was amazing and so pleasant to be around and my hygienist was amazing at making sure I was comfortable the whole appointment!!

Very professional. Very friendly. They give you a print out of what needs to be done and explain why and it shows estimated costs for each procedure. Best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. 5 stars plus then some.

They’re great!!! I had a last minute unforeseen inciden so I called and, despite their tight schedule, they helped me getting an appointment for an hour later! Also, the personnel is so cordial and friendly, and the new location is very nice!

Friendly and professional staff from the front desk to the back rooms. Pleasant experience. Clear directives on the procedures in terms of masking requirements. Courtesy calls/texts for appointment reminders are a plus. Never had a bad experience over the years I have been coming here.

We love the staff and dentists at Paxton Family Dental! My entire family has been patients for years and they are always so nice and friendly. They’ve had some dentist turnover but every time we go I know that they are competent and good at taking care of any teeth issues.

I had a very painful, cracked tooth that started causing me problems 8 years ago. I went to multiple dentists trying to get it fixed, and they did not listen to my symptoms and the tooth was still painful after multiple procedures. Finally, I went to Dr. Lee and she actually listened to me. She took the time to explain why my tooth could still be causing me pain. I finally understood after years. I called before my procedure with more questions and office staff were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. Dr. Lee was able to fix my cracked tooth without any pain, and now I can use that side of my mouth again for the first time in years. I highly recommend the team at Paxton Family Dental!
