Quality Inn

Please dont listen to the negative reviews of this establishment. I stayed here recently and it is so far from a 2 star hotel. The staff are amazing and kind, the common areas are kept clean, and my room was beyond immaculate. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the comforter is not the cheap scratchy backed ones that you find at many hotels; the blankets are soft and of nice quality. There was a recent and terrible snow storm I got caught up in, as Im from out of town and here for work; snow was cleared and my car was shoveled out. I appreciate the staff and my stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Had an excellent sleep 😊 Comfortable beds, very comfy pillows, and a nice clean room..quiet too. The overnight front desk clerk was super nice...she made me feel welcomed, as a guest, and not as just another paying customer.

I would like to start by saying we stayed here throughout the horrible winter storm that came through right before Christmas. The rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. This hotel is located near restaurants, fast food, grocery, and retail shopping. We had a microwave and fridge in the room so we didn't go out much. The beds were so comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. We will definitely stay again when we visit Manitowoc.

This Hotel is not only the best Hotel in town but is cheap and the management is super friendly and very approachable. Very close to a lot of restaurants and also near the interstate to back on the road again. Of every Hotel I stayed here in Manitowoc, I give the Hotel 5 stars and recommend it to every one that wants a great night of sleep and wants to feel at home. U ever get a chance to stay here, drop in... U wont regret it! 😉

Very convenient and the management was fantastic. Mike bent over back wards to accomodate my wife and I. I highly recommend this place for lodging. Also has breakfast available for guests. Clean through and through.

The owners of this Quality Inn were friendly and helpful. This was just an overnight stay but would love to go back and stay here again. The hot breakfast was nice. The room was immaculate. No debris on the carpet, no streaks on the mirrors, beds made beautifully, and blackout curtains. Close to AMC, Perkins, and Wendy's just to name a few places within 1/2 mile of the hotel.

I stayed at the Quality Inn just last week and it was AMAZING!!! The rooms were nice and clean the breakfast was also good nice selection. It’s so close to so many places restaurants stores and the Staff were Amazing!!! I’ll be going back.

I booked a room with them and it's super clean and beautiful room. Tyler, the staff was the greatest. He helped me by making a fast and easy reservation. He was kind and resourceful. Boss, please give him a raise for doing a great job helping out by providing best customer service.

I stay here every time I travel to Wisconsin and I refuse to stay anywhere else. Their hospitality is amazing, the breakfast is good, and most importantly it’s clean and honest. I travel with many electronics and leave them out in the room, never had a thing go missing.

i HAVE NEVER IN MY 30 YEARS OF LIFE STAYED AT A HOTEL WITH SUCH AN AMAZING STAFF!!!!! TJ, Izzy, Ashley, Lynette. Those girls go ABOVE AND BEYOND the normal routine work duty. I recommend staying here simply based on how absolutely awesome the staff is.

Stayed one night at this hotel during our travels to another location. The hotel & room were very clean, staff was pleasant and the hot breakfast was as good as could be expected. Will certainly stay here again if the occasion arises.

Stopped here on our way to San Antonio. I have no idea why this would be rated a two star hotel! Check in was flawless, we were given a 20% discount, and our room was quiet clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is standard fare, but the staff at the desk was willing to cook me up fresh eggs and bacon even though breakfast hours were probably over. That's five star treatment in my book! If we have a reason to visit Manitowoc again, we will definitely stay here.

We just left Quality Inn and it was one of the top hotels we have stayed at!! Very friendly staff and very clean room!! The bed was wonderful too!! Highly recommend. We stayed in room 113. Great shower pressure too!!

Super accommodating, clean, and close to everything

The Staff was awesome. The rooms were clean and bug free spiders ,bedbugs, etc could not live there for it was so clean. Hot showers it was great.

Best price in town, great service, great staff, rooms clean, convenient close to many restaurants and stores.

The room was very clean and a great value. The free breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options for me and my family.

Stayed for two nights for a Packers game. Inexpensive and well kept. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel and a short drive to Green Bay.
