Loved my haircut. However, I felt like she didn’t want to bother with me. I felt rushed when nobody else was there. She didn’t even give me a mirror to see the back of my hair. She seemed fake nice to me. For those reasons, I won’t go back although I liked my hair. Uncomfortable atmosphere.

She is an amazing and great person to talk to but i am little bit picky about my hair and i had scheduled for my hair to be washed then cut so it would be wet. I do have very long hair and she said she won't have time to wash my hair after i told her i have very long hair and want it washed. So we did it dry and she cut off sooooo much hair and i wanted it thinned out and she said she wasnt comfortable doing that cuz i will have more little flyaways which i knew and still wanted it but she didn't want to and so we agreed on layering it but because my hair was so long it was difficult so i didn't get any layers so im am very upset and i asked my hair to be straightened prior to the appointment and she ended up doing waves which i do not like at all. I was recommended to her and had such high hopes and left very dissatisfied.
