Never Ever Again. Dreadful, Dreadful experience....

When I first arrived, they had the nerve and audacity to greet me with a "Hello". REALLY?! You want my first impression to be a pleasant one? What is wrong is with you people?

And then to top that off, they fricking served EXACTLY what I ordered. UNREAL. What kind of place does that?

We just got drinks but the wait was really fast. The employees seemed to get along and were attentive to the customers. I have been here before and have always had good service and hot food. There are other McDonald's in town but they aren't as friendly as this location. Update....still the same! Yay!

I don't usually post reviews but, today while at the drive-thru I asked to buy a couple of extra happy meal toys and the manager came to tell me they only had 1 character left (Max from the little mermaid). She then offered me the display toys, to which I said yes! My daughter got all of the characters except 1, and I only paid for a few extras! Kat went out of her way to make my daughter's day! It's the little things like that, and great customer service, that made my quick trip to McDonald's, an enjoyable experience! Thank you, Kat!

Staff at this Mcdonalds are so friendly and accomodating. They go above and beyond for their customer's when most other fast food franchise' don't.

This location always has it's life together. The food is always hot and surprisingly looks like the pictures every time. Drive thru is always nice and pleasant. Idk what they're doing different but they're killin' it over here.

I’m a former employee and I loved working here, the staff here works extremely hard and truly care for the customers. My old managers (Tina, Lisa, and Gege) we’re super understanding and helpful in my times of need. If you’re thinking about applying here I would greatly recommend it, thank you all for the amazing work experience!!

Just an absolutely good triple cheeseburger as far as McDonald's is concerned!!!! It was greasy in the way you expect a fresh made burger from McDonald's to be!!!!!!

Was given the wrong order. The manager/staff took no hesitation, no questions asked and made me a fresh order as quickly as possible! #customerservicedoneright

The crew you have this evening is stellar, never had my order taken so efficiently before and the man handing us our food was kind & pleasant. Really nice drive through experience :)

The McDonald's by me in North Muskegon has been renovated. They took out the Playland and it's smaller but efficient. You can still order at the counter and Dad instead of on the computerized menu. The food is fresh and tasty and prices are fair. They have free Wi-Fi and that is good for me.

The young woman that's been there for a while works first window has great customer skills. She is probably in her 40s every time I go she is pleasant.

Last couple of visits have been great with no wait and friendly service. Use the app to order…it works great and gives you discounts/deals!

New Staff? Or just in a good Mood? Order was correct, service was friendly. Almost thought I was at the wrong place....😂

Great food, the staff were respectful and showed hospitality. They got my order correctly oh and they're hiring if anyone needs a job

The best service i have had n fast food in awhile. Glen the Dt cashier was awesome he took time to speak to my children he went above and beyond for us. Not to metion the the girl handing out the food she was plesant and very nice. The manager on the shift was super. Thanks for all your help.

It's mcdonald's, you know , Just keep in mind the ice cream machine Is broken permanently .
