I would, definitely, recommend this place.
Great cocktails, amazing presentation.
Food was 10/10. We ordered local trout and elk.

I don’t often give 5 stars, and this restaurant is a clear example of one that deserves every single star! Our server Kourtney made great recommendations that were outstanding, from the octopus, to the trout, and the roasted elk. The octopus was perfectly sous vide then lightly charred and was served with a delicious kimchi slaw. The trout with its beurre Blanc sauce, roasted sweet potato squares, and corn/hominy medley made for amazing flavors with every bite. And the elk was tender, cooked to perfection, and paired beautifully with the Robert Sinskey POV red blend. Even the toasted bread cubes with the olive butter was a unique and special way to start the meal.

Our server Kourtney was superb. We really appreciated that she worked with the kitchen to space out our entrees after we initially forgot to request that. And, the wait staff team overall was extremely attentive. We never had a dirty dish or utensil in front of us and water glasses were always refilled. Danny, one of the assistants on the wait staff was really friendly, welcoming and made sure to thank us for visiting.

Wonderful experience that I highly recommend!

The food was OUTSTANDING. I read a few reviews saying it was overpriced but I didn't feel like that at all. The service was top notch. I got the filet and it was probably one of the best filets I've ever had. My husband had the ribeye and loved it. Really good restaurant.

I went to eat dinner with my boyfriend last night and it was a great experience. The staff were so kind and friendly with us. We ordered a pork belly and the octopus that were super soft and full of flavor, I love it! We received some mushrooms with mole verde as a courtesy, which was phenomenal! Thanks to the chef for that! The elk and trout were so delicious as well! 10 out of 10.

Absolutely amazing. The food here is incredible and it has options to fit a variety of dietary restrictions including vegan and vegetarian. Our server named Stefan was perfectly attentive and made sure we were very well taken care of. The server recommended the trout, and I was not at all disappointed with this choice. Salads were also amazing and the chocolate mousse dessert was fabulous. This is a must go to in Park City.

Awesome spot right on Main Street in park city. High prices as all Main Street restaurants are but delicious foods and drinks. Definitely need a reservation weeks in advance during ski season! The tuna was amazing!

The place is amazing! We started with the pork belly appetizer, which was delicious. Then we had the trout and the elk, both of which were wonderful. The trout was the best fish I've ever had and the elk was perfectly cooked. We finished the night off with a creme brulee. Our waitress, Corey was great! She made all the suggestions that we ended up ordering.

My kid liked both the Venison and Antelope. I liked their tuna tartare ( better than the restaurant we went the night before) Drinks are average. Nothing stood out. Waiters were friendly.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Park City. I eat here almost every time I’m in town, which is most weeks during ski season. Everything on the menu is great, but personal fave entree is the Alaskan halibut. No matter what, be sure to order the signature crispy cauliflower appetizer. Unbelievably good even for an omnivore like me. Historic building that was originally a general merchandise store, OG tin tile ceiling is a delight for architecture and design nerds. Great location in Old Town.

Amazing place. The service was great and the food incredible. We went for date night and had a blast. The octopus starter is delicious and the crème brûlée is to die for.

We had a corporate retreat dinner here and highly recommend! Booking was easy and the service from greeting to goodbye was fantastic. Natasha, our server, and all her helpers were so friendly, helpful on the menu and while ordering and properly attentive. Everyone ordered different things from the filet, to the elk, to the salmon and all had rave reviews; not a bad item on the menu! The old fashioned's were particularly great. Don't miss this beautiful little restaurant on Main St.

Spare ribs were excellent, in part because the side dish (a mix of roasted vegetables and mushrooms, with some pesto garnish) was not an after thought. It was delicious and the serving size was good.

A gem in Park City! The food was delicious and the service was great! Highly recommend making reservations during peak season. Recommend the tuna and pork belly appetizers. For the main course, the salmon, elk, and trout are Delicious and finally the chocolate mousse for dessert!

Enjoyed dinner in this very interesting restaurant at the top of Main street. From the embossed tin ceiling to the dark wood downstairs (bathrooms and wine room).
Service was attentive and perfect.
For our entrees we enjoyed the Stoneground Mustard Glazed Cedar Plank Scottish Salmon
housemade bacon, spätzle, leeks, sauerkraut, herb~pea purée and the Caramelized Georges Bank Scallops With Chermoula
cauliflower purée, fava beans in mint pistou, quinoa salad. Each was beautifully plated and delightful multilayered flavors.
For desert we enjoyed their homemade Raspberry Sorbet
whipped coconut, pineapple-rum compote, candied pistachios and their “Chuno” Chocolate Mousse
pistachio cookie, whipped cream. While the sorbet was excellent the mousse was heavenly.

We ate here with our friends and 3 small kids for dinner while vacationing in Park City. The staff were very kind and patient, and were helpful with the kids. We found the cocktails and food to be very good, and our kids liked the offerings on the kids menu. We shared the crispy cauliflower, antelope carpaccio, pork belly confit, red trout, venison loin, and beef tenderloin and all were excellent! The restaurant is spacious with several different seating areas, and the bar area is a fun spot to stop in for drinks before or after dinner.

I am a big fan of scallops, order them everywhere I go and cook them myself pretty well. But I think I might just had the best scallops yet. They were very hot, on a bed of spinach in a hot skillet. Mixed Greens salad yummy with shoestring potatoes first and scallops appetizer for my main entree.

My family tried Cedar plank salmon and Gluten free chicken, which they liked (I thought gluten free crust didn’t need to be so dense. Broccolini that come with the chicken are amazing as well!

We’re coming back 😛🤩

ADDITION: We did go back the next day. And had another great meal. Really amazing food way above expectations for a ski town. More like the quality you’d expect to find in an established San Francisco area with a lot of repeat diners.

Attaching more pics of pork chop, and antelope carpaccio. Out teen daughter got salmon, but couldn’t finish all of it.

Haven’t tried any desserts here. Hopefully next time we’re in Park City we can come back.

Came down for Presidents’ Day with some work friends - and had a great time here. Our waitress was phenomenal (forgot her name), the food was divine, all around great experience. Many great food options.

I liked the interior of the restaurant - it had a unique stylized vibe. We got the filet mignon and the elk- both without dairy or gluten (they were easy to make accommodations). It was my first time trying elk. The filet mignon I liked more than anywhere else I’ve ever tried it! It had a slightly sweet flavor and was delicious.

We had a lovely dinner for three on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was full and the bar was busy. We particularly enjoyed the crispy cauliflower appetizer. Of our mains, the New York and the venison were excellent, but the lamb in the tagine was quite gamey - if you don't care for this choose something else. Drinks were also good and the service was attentive. Highly recommend!
