Rangeley Saddleback Inn

Only went here because we were originally going to go camping at the state park, but it rained all day and it was very chilly for a summer day. Did we make the right choice! First off the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were remodeled and had a modern feel. The room and bathroom were super clean making me feel right at home. The location was also great as it is a short walk to downtown and the grocery store. The indoor pool was very warm and the hot tub was super relaxing. I highly recommend coming here for a hotel. Just take not the pool does close a little on the early side just at 8 o’clock, so if you want to go swimming make sure you do it as soon as possible.

I have traveled the world and stayed at motels and hotels anywhere from two stars to five stars. All of them fail in comparison to the hospitality that you receive at the Saddleback Inn. I consider it my home away from home.

A solid hotel/motel in Rangeley that is close to a grocery store and a short trip to Saddleback. It was comfortable and worked exactly what we needed it for.

Would definitely recommend staying here! Everyone was nice and friendly. The rooms and amenities have nice comfort touches, the pool has an awesome bench set up and the room shower was big with seats and plenty of hot water. Great place for winter adventures!

We stayed in the pet friendly room that had enough space, outlets & amenities like the microwave fridge and coffee maker. We slept well, staff was excellent, kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, skied saddleback.. thank you for the great time in Rangeley.

10 minutes from the mountain ( we are so glad Saddleback is back!). Clean rooms. We had an issue with our TV and two different staff members came to help us and we're so friendly. Room had microwave, fridge and Keurig.

The staff was very friendly! They made sure our room was ready when we asked if we could check in early. Then they drove to a nearby restaurant to pick up a copy of their menu so we can order take out. I was blown away!

We stayed here for one night and were very happy. Clean rooms and friendly/helpful staff.

Excellent stay, the personnel (Paula in particular) was extremely helpful in every manner. The room was clean and very comfortable, there really wasn't anything bad about the stay. There was a little mixup on the billing but Paula corrected it and was very very helpful. Totally would recommend this Inn.

The hospitality is unmatched. Great group of team members that work there. A team of employees that will watch for your needs before you ask for any assistance.

We had a wonderful stay at the Saddleback Inn! A great location, with spectacular views overlooking the lake, and right down the road from Saddleback Mountain. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. We traveled with two other families and got lots of use out of the community room and pool.

Our reason for our visit was to eat at The Hungry Trout restaurant . The food is excellent and plenty of it! As you might expect, it's busy any time it's open. Even so, the wait is not long. The staff extremely friendly and thoughtful. Can't wait to go back.

Update Jan 2022 - The Hungry Trout is closed. The good news is that the chef has moved to Loon Lodge. Great location and even better food.

Beautiful views from this quiet and peaceful Inn. Paula was outside and ready to check us in as soon as we pulled in. They have a large indoor pool with hot tub, Game room with t.v, fire pit, lake is close and you can walk to town and look at all they have to offer. Grab a bite to eat while you're walking downtown too.

Absolutely beautiful view! We have stayed a couple times! The customer service is above and beyond. Went up for my birthday this weekend i
called at 9pm and Paula was like come on in I'll get you on a room ! Called next morning see if we could rent again and she made it happen. Great with kids . Just an all around great experience. Very accommodating . Thank you for yet another wonderful weekend ! Wedding stay next . All the staff are amazing. Rooms are extremely clean.

Our room was clean and just the right size for our family of four. The pool was also very nice. More importantly, the staff was very warm and helpful. We only stayed for one night but unfortunately some vandals broke one of the side windows of our car (which was parked just outside our room). The staff helped us clean up the mess, contacted the police for us and provided us with some materials to tape up our window. They were also kind enough to offer us a full refund (without us asking). I would definitely stay again and would recommend this place to all.

$139 for two beds. Microwave & fridge in room. Cable TV. Comfortable beds and clean room. Only soap bar so bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Incredible view from your room!!! Nice staff. Indoor poor and family area not open during covid. Unsure about breakfast?
