When my refrigerator broke, Dennis and Darrell arrived before 10 AM the next day and replaced it. They were prompt, courteous, and professional - as they have been every time I have needed help with something at Centennial Farms. Phenomenal service: 5/5 stars!

I’ve lived in continental estates for 5 months now. When I first moved in the transition was fast and smooth. Everything was done in one day. My home was freshly painted and extra clean. I was very impressed. Any time I need maintenance they come right out. My fridge went bad and Dennis and his partner actually moved all my items into the new fridge because I wasn’t home. I enjoy living here and would recommend to anyone.

My family has lived here over a year and love it. It's quiet and they don't over crowd the park with trailers every 5 feet. Management does a great job of keeping the park clean and making sure anyone disturbing the peace is talked to. Plus, the rent is the cheapest around

The maintenance guy came out to fix my dishwasher so quick. He was so polite and wanted to make sure it was done and done right. I really appreciate him coming and doing a great job. Very nice guy.

5 stars as far as their maintenance team goes. I have had the pleasure of working with Darren And Darrel in the past. They are super friendly, fast, and very efficient. Recently I had Dennis help with some issues. He went above and beyond what my needs were. He was also friendly, prompt, and very helpful. Some companies don't realize how important their maintenance teams are. They can really make or break the feelings people have about where they live. This team surly makes up for any down falls the park may have.

I've lived in this park for 10 years this year. I have never enjoyed living somewhere so much. Cindy is an awesome manager and the staff keep the park as clean as the can and keep everything trimmed and nice looking. Very affordable rent if you are looking for a place to live.

We have lived here a few years and although I would rather be in a house with a yard we really enjoy it here. We actually have lots of space and have never had a problem. The maintenance guys are awesome!! They just stopped by to fix our skirting without us asking and since they were already here I asked about getting my vents fixed too. They got them fixed right away. I really appreciate you guys!!

Daryl and Denny came and fixed a few things in our kitchen, they were quick and very polite!

We needed some repairs done in our home and not even one business day of putting in the request Dennis, who works with repair was at our home helping us out. All the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Dennis was kind, helpful and professional.

This is a great park. I've lived in a couple of mobile home parks in my life and this one is beyond superior to most. The management and staff are really nice people. Every interaction I've had has been a positive one. It's well maintained, clean, and QUIET. Something I would expect from a much more expensive place. Cindy is great and quick to help anytime I've needed anything. The pool is AWESOME! The pool aide is super friendly and the pool was CLEAN. They redid all of the playgrounds this passed summer and they look so nice. I would recommend this park to any of my family and friends and I have. Take my advice and move here, you will not regret it. Budget friendly comfortable living. I'll be here a long time.

The staff was great finding a place for my daughter. This is her first home and the staff helped her with getting the right home for her. Also thank you to management for giving my free lot rent for a referral. They are very easy to work with. Thank you

I contacted maintenance because of my toilet. They came out that same day fixed the problem and even cleaned up where the water was dripping from the back of the toilet😁 he did an outstanding quick job.

Dennis came to fix my ceiling fan light and the experience was excellent!! Great worker and kind also very conscious of cleaning after a job well done!

My experience with Cindy has been EXCELLENT!! She's the BEST! If something needs to be fixed, it gets done! I'm very happy living here! And maintenance, Darrell and Darin got the work done and are funny, knowledgeable and super nice! THANK YOU Cindy and maintenance, you really are the BEST!

The maintenance team was quick to help us sort out my frozen pipes this morning on the coldest day weve had in the last year. That issue turned into multiple issues once they started as they found leaking fittings and pin holes in the water line due to other screw ups by previous maintenance members or tenants. All in all, they replaced a broken water meter, 2 leaking fittings, a pin hole and replaced the insulation and a strand of faulty heat tape in 3 degree weather all the while being soaking wet. Much appreciated guys! Got our water back on quickly. Thanks!!

I have been living here 4 years, the park is kept clean and the homes are nice. As long as you follow the rules and keep up on the outside apperance of your home you will not hear from management. It is a nice affordable place to live.

Maintenance is very dependable. Every time I’ve put in a service order they get back to asap and always get what I needed fixed that day without a problem.
