Davison Creekwood Apartments

I'm a new resident. I'm very impressed. There were some out of the ordinary circumstances for my move. Stephanie was very helpful and she coordinated everything very well. She was very timely with information. The maintenance is very quick! They are also very polite and respectful. My son is disabled and everyone was more than happy to help with his accomodations. The grounds are very pretty with flowering trees and colorful bushes. There is even a space to plant flowers and have some outdoor furniture. I have a two bedroom and the size and floor plan is very nice. Updated appliances and faucets. The new carpet is a really nice color. There is a resident portal that is very easy to use. Our neighbors are all very nice and friendly. Really nice community. Overall very impressive.

I have been living in Creekwood for just a year, but it is a very nice place. Currently the rent is $460 a month for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Townhouse.

The layout of the townhouse could be a bit better, but once you are there it is actually not that bad. When you put your furniture in it seems larger then when it was empty. The unit is in good shape and everything works. Maintenance even checks on furnace filters, dryer vents and fire detectors without asking (they do give notice). The heat and air work great and the utility bills are reasonable. (for utility bills, lol)

You do need to say something and stand your ground if people try to park in your spot. I did have a little issue with that when I first moved in, but I let it be known I wasn't going to play that and I expected a parking spot available to me in front of my building and it pretty much stopped. The main thing with parking is to be sure that YOU tell your guests to park on the other side across from the buildings and enforce it. If you do that then there is enough parking for tenants. I am not sure why people can't understand to park in the spot IN FRONT of their unit other then they are everything we expect from years of Government Education. (Did you get the movie reference there?)

The last thing I can say is that management has been very polite and fair with me so far. The Office doesn't seem to be open much, but I am not one to go to them for much anyway. There is a drop box for rent and if you call and leave a message they will call back when they get it. The Maintenance guy is wandering around all the time and is a nice guy so he can take care of most needs anyway.

If you want to pay a good $150 a month or more you can get a nicer place, but if you go in not expecting a palace you should be able to be very happy here.

Very polite when I needed to discuss moving in. Wonderful landlords to my son who is a first time renter. Thank you.

Management switched multiple times, but overall no complaints. Necessary repairs made in an appropriate time frame and ample notice provided before staff enter the home.

Seems like they are working some of the riff raff out of there... good tenants for the most part. Wouldnt leave your car unlocked but safe enough to walk around

I haven't lived here but from visiting view, the apartments look to be maintained, grounds are clean. From my visit I have no complaints

Iv visited people who lived here I am interested in getting a unit here can anyone tell me how much I have to put down in order to move in? Please

Don't know much about them.
