My mother passed 4 months ago . She had a trust set up from her insurance policy. We have yet to receive what was do us. The funeral home got their pay. There needs to be a closure of things that need to be done when your family member passes. When I called the insurance company i was t ld we do not have it because Mr. LAMSON DID NOT SIGN THE SIGNATURE part of the 8 pages of the contract. Nothing but a run around. I have called twice with no call back. Shameful.
