I love SOG! Theresa is a well-trained instructor in many types of yoga practices. I never feel intimidated or that I need to "keep up" with the class. She is marvelous at reading her class participants and their needs, struggles and successes. She is also relaxed and adds humor and lightheartedness where appropriate.
I am glad to have found my yoga "space" after trying many other studios/gyms!
I highly recommend trying a class! You will not regret!

Theresa is so good at what she does. Do you ever wish someone could just take away your stress? Theresa will do that for you. Yes, a massage will naturally relax you. But when you have a genuine person that truly cares about you, that is true difference. If you want to have an experience where there is nothing to worry about and know that you will be taken care of in the hands of a skilled practitioner, State of Grace is the place.

I leave the weekly slow flow yoga class feeling more connected to my inner landscape. Theresa encourages students and offers individual suggestions to strengthen my yoga practice. I enjoy the blend of restorative poses and slow flow accompanied by great playlists,, singing bowls, meditation cards, silliness and….chocolate.

State of Grace is such a gem in Manitowoc. Theresa is fun, kind, and passionate about yoga and overall well-being. She makes me laugh at each class, but also brings me out of my head and into the moment. She reminds us to breath and honor where we are. She allows us to be human while encouraging growth. Her studio is calming and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. And you will always be greeted with her smile.

Theresa is an amazing massage therapist! She is very intuitive and has a special gift to tune in and listen to what my body needs. Entering her beautiful, quiet, and peaceful sanctuary my body was able to immediately relax and enjoy the massage. I would definitely recommend Theresa to anyone who is looking for an extraordinary massage experience.

State of Grace is a personal retreat from the stress and demands of life. Theresa is a gifted therapist, not only as she uses her hands to heal but also with her generous listening ears and compassionate insights. Today I enjoyed an amazing reflexology session which left my feet feeling miraculous and gave me a strong sense of well-being throughout my entire body. I also recommend State of Grace's extremely calm-promoting Yoga Nidra classes.

Theresa keeps me from having back pain that affects my ability to do my job. She always helps address the problem, identify a treatment program and help suggest some items to do on my own to help with preventative maintenance. Always one of the most relaxing and enjoyable things I enjoy!!!

Theresa is so much more than a massage therapist (though she's good at that part, too) but also a well rounded healer. I love how I leave feeling like she took care of me not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well.
