Dr. John S. Morrison, DO

Dr Morrison answered my call to his office phone. He performed two Kyphoplasty procedures on me Dec 6. I had an incident since which made my pain level worse. He set up an XRay for me in Fenton yesterday, called me with results and set up the MRI which I had this morning. I appreciate his fast responses and feel cared for. This is Christmas week and I expected long waits. I am very impressed.

I had two test a mammogram and a calcium heart screening CT, both of my technicians were awesome especially the technician for my mammogram.

I was greeted, and taken back by the tech. She was so sweet during this difficult time. She made sure I was comfortable as well as the male tech!
Office was clean and everyone at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Thank you for the wonderful & genuine care :)

I was in extreme pain in my back and left leg. The staff was extremely professional from the time I arrived to time I was finished. I was treated very well during my entire time was one of the best medical visits I’ve had.

Dr. Morrison explained the procedure completely and provided illustrations showing the entire procedure. He spent a great deal of time going over details and benefits of the operation.

Dr Morrison did a great job helping my mom with her back pain. When she arrived she was at a 9 level of pain. Now she has a lot of relief. The procedure really helped. Thank you

Always have had a positive experience here anytime I have taken my mom in for imaging. I appreciate the staff for being so nice.

I called MRI, to set the appointment…they told me it would be a week or so to get insurance authorization. I informed them I would pay cash if that was quicker….the receptionist said, if that was the case they could get me in at 730. I paid cash. I arrived everything was very pleasant no wait at all. After the exam I asked how long for the. Exam to be read, I was told 3-5 days. I asked if there was anyone it could be done sooner the MRI tech said she would see. The following morning I called in an effort to expedite the reading. I was prepared to be transferred to a supervisor and have to argue my case. Instead I was immediately informed the results had been faxed over to my doctor the prior evening(the MTI was read the day I had my exam…amazing!!!) they refaxed to my doctor no questions asked by 9:30 am my doctor had the results and was able to immediately schedule my procedure…Thank you so much!!

As a nurse and administrator, I can honestly say your operational was flawless!! I’m so happy and if I need to come back I will be calling MRI. The other thing I would like to mention was the only reason I found out about MRI was through my sister who received amazing service as well….so I know my experience was not a 1 off….please keep up the Great work!! Thanks again for getting me in so quickly and having the exam read the same evening!! If this would have been done, I would have had to go throughout the whole weekend in pain! I was able to get the epidural Friday and am feeling great today(Saturday morning)….Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

From start to finish a great experience. But, specifically for my technician. All my techs I've had there have always been great. This tech was so patient with me and did everything in his power to make me comfortable and more relaxed. As I despise MRI's. So kudos to him.

Was very nervous about my procedure...but after talking to Dr Morrison I felt relaxed about the situation...He made me feel comfortable about my procedure and explained everything to me before hand.. really put my mind at ease...felt like I was in very good hands....and yes he was very kind and considerate ...

I was quite anxious to have this procedure but the pain was becoming unbearable. Every thing was explained to me before and following the procedure. When I woke up the next morning, it was the first time in 6 months that I could take a deep breath and felt no pain. I received a F/U phone call to see how I was feeling. It was so nice to report a pain level 0. Thank you RMI.

Everything was good today and my appointment they treated me with kind and respect

Everyone in the office was friendly, the technician explained everything that was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was in the machine(about 45 minutes)

Any/all questions were covered well. I felt confident in my understanding of the procedure. The painful area has benefitted as expected.

Outstanding communication, very welcoming and friendly. Put me at ease and the best part is pain is gone!!!! Thanks so much
