I really liked my visit to hearing life the receptionist/secretary was very friendly and the doctor was very friendly and very helpful and explained every step of all the tests that I was going to be doing

This year I was not impressed. You solistedted me for an appointment. You have all my insurance information and when I get there, the guy tells me that they are not the same company as before and that there's nothing he can do without charging me and 100 %covered by my insurance.
It was a total waste of my time for nothing when you should have known that by already having my insurance information.

TruHearing contacted me and scheduled me to see an audiologist in Burton, Karin Calih. She is awesome!!!
She did not try to sell me something I didn't need and utilized my benefits to make recommendations so I didn't have to pay a penny. I now have excellent hearing aids. She is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and patient. Highly recommend her!!!

Very disappointed. Not scheduled with audiologist as discussed. The provider was not knowledgeable about coverage. Some coverage info he gave us was inaccurate. Attempted to sell me extended warranties that were't necessary. He was pushing only one type of aide and did not discuss any other types.
Asked for my credit card and was annoyed I wanted to discuss with my wife before purchase.

Jason was very helpful and the hearing test went very well. He put some hearing aids in and they completely took all the ringing and noise away. Best part, I could hear a whisper. I have not had quiet in 2 years. This was truly a miracle and Amber and Jason are wonderful people

I had a wonderful experience with the new hearing aids and thanks for my insurance to cover it completely oh when the doctor and so do you do a 3/8 off I could hear him in the next room and I was simply amazed

Great place. My Dad needed hearing aides in an emergency. His old hearing aide wasn't even 2 years old and it died. As you can imagine he had to have something in a hurry.

So polite and professional! Couldn't believe how caring and how nogleible he was ! Hopefully we will be able to get to the cause of my loss of hearing! No one else has ever cared like he did !
