The entrance needs to be fixed so many potholes. I haven't been all through this park.

Trashy trailers are falling apart

There are so many potholes in there you can damage your car be careful. They are crooks say you are behind in rent when you're not try to evict you. Most of all the trailers are falling apart only reason my daughter is living there is because they were having some financial issues that are thankfully cleared up. They are moving soon!!!

This place is falling apart trailer by trailer have had a hole in my roof that leaks for months now and don't know who even runs the park massive pot holes in the roads park doesn't get work done to make it a better place to live been here since Nov of 2022 and not one thing has been fixed

I’ve been here for over 2 years. Went from one trailer to another and they haven’t fixed anything. They are prone to evicting petiole but don’t want to fix anything they are supposed to before I moved in my new trailer. My siding was missing a lot, hole in my roof causing black mold went threw 2 beds from it leaking. Don’t answer when you text or call, no one is every in the office to collect rent. I’ve had a money order for a whole month because I won’t leave it in the drop box with no receipt. They are trying to say I’m 3,000 behind which I have all receipts for my rent!

I would give it a lower rating if I could. They did me dirty and now they trying to say my sister is 3 months behind when she has receipts showing she paid. They will try to evict you just to make it look like your the bad guy. They are CROOKED!

They do not care about the security of your home or belongings. I trust no one and they have shown to have untrustworthy people. People coming to my home when I’m not. Leaving dirty boot prints all over clean car mats outside! I’ve turned a disgusting unkept trailer into a beautiful home to get treated like this and have STILL yet to receive the ledger I have asked for the last almost two weeks. Enough is enough.

But heard they just got a new owner

We (me and my daughter) each submitted an application to rent a trailer in here gave 40.00 each waited to be called back. 2 weeks later we go there to be told over the phone denied.its messed up

These good reviews under this new name of the park are fake this is easily one of the worst places too live in gennesse county the place was awful before its only worse now potholes that will swallow your vehicle that they will never fix 100's of citations for the poor condition of the park the new owner does the readings for our water next thing you know theyre drunk lawnmower guy that lives in the park who they have working so he can not pay rent runs over a gas line last year then a month ago a water line mowing the grass 830 at night drunk next thing you know my 50 to 60 dollar water bill jumps too 360 in one month the owner drives around harrases people when she is here other wise is always out of state nobody is ever in the office too handle complaints or even take rent they would rather you pay them and get no receipt. RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!!! LOOK UP THE REAL REVIEWS UNDER THE NAME DUTCH ESTATES

They don't treat you right you got fix stuff yourself and people who run the place not nice they rude disrespectful so i'm asking everybody up to you if you go there i wouldn't
